One hiccup: when I arrived to pick up the truck, the location was closed. I had received no communication that they would not be open. Fortunately, when I called the High Point headquarters, they were able to tell me how to use the app to complete the transaction, get the keys, and obtain the vehicle. The passenger-side mirror would not maintain position, but I was able to rig up spacers and bungee cords to make it usable. I later received a call from the owner/manager apologizing for my not having been contacted about how to pick up the truck. He thought his assistant had contacted me. The truck was pretty new, less than 7,000 miles, and very clean in both the cab and the cargo area. It ran well. Drop off could not be easier. In spite of the miscommunication regarding pickup, I would use this location again.

David SI didn't fill it up to 3/4 tank but I put gas in it and it was 1/2 tank (not less) when I returned it. I am positive of that.

Doug SHello, I didn’t get the dolly, I had to wait 2 hours to get the truck, it was dirty and really bad service, I got charge for stuff I did not get it. It was a bad experience.
