The Trailer appeared to be old; however, the Exterior was well maintained mechanically. Please note that the Interior Tie Down Rails were loose and not functional. They are in need of repair if this Trailer remains in service. Overall, a good experience and the Trailer towed well without any mechanical problems.

I reserved the unit for a particular day because of prior arrangements at my storage. The owner kept lying as if the truck was in route . I stayed around 4 hours waiting only to leave. Then he was gonna have it ready for the next morning with a discount . Instead the price was higher than what she quoted me . Then he slick try to get me on late fees after he told me a time to return it cause he would be in church at the time I should return it. My last time dealing with u haul. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to you guys. I wish someone would invest in a service like yours I’d market hard for them
