I’m not sure if the vehicle is how it was supposed to to be but the brakes were a bit hard to push but overall awesome!

CHRISTOPHER PThe computer was down when I returned the truck. I told the guy that my paperwork said that there was 5/8 gas in the truck. I had taken a picture and it showed just over 1/2. I had filled it back up to where i started and a little more and took a picture of it. The guy said ok and he would take care of it and everything would be ok. Come to find out that you charged me $8.08 for 2 gallons. Like I said I have pictures of before and after I dropped off the truck. I went in Sunday and was told that there was nothing they could do. I would like a refund of $8.08
THOMAS MThe truck was dirty and so full of dog hair. Has to roll the windows down to blow it out. The storage area was dirty and had to clean out. The windows were so dirty you could barely see out. The staff was pleasant though.

She had so many customers and multiple people picking up and dropping off trucks, she handled everything like a champ. She was calm and never once got angry! Kudos to her!

Deonna JI also rented 2 packs of blankets but had to drive the truck to a second location to pick them up. Then had to wait for that location to open before I could complete my order. Not a very efficient use of my time. I left 2 things in the truck which I only discovered last night. I hope they were rescued and saved for me by Skyline when I call this morning.
