Check out was relatively easy. The truck however had some issues. At 35mph it wanted to start bucking, either side of that speed it was fine. Checking in was not as easy. I went to answer the questions about the condition of the truck and the page froze up and I couldn’t continue. So I had to call in the return.

Thomas VTold that they wouldn't accept the trailer at the prearranged location. Sent me here. No check in method. 5 days for a receipt since they probably didn't know it was on their lot. So...this place was good. The location closer to town on 411 not impressed. He said he'd check me in and notify them. Not particularly helpful or polite

James HI rented a truck and 3 dollies thru the 24/7 Truck Share. They didn't provide the dollies and were closed so I couldn't get them from this location. I won't use this location nor your Truck Share program again.

Mark PThe online pick up process was not good. It took me over an hour and a phone call to Uhaul to get through it. I would never do it this way again. Similarly the online return was too lengthy.

DAWN GWhen I brought the trailer back to the location on the contract, 411 Storage South the salesman wouldn't open the door and just told me they weren't accepting one way drop offs even though that was the location on my contract. I had to press him for a drop off location and then he gave me Slansky Builders . Even though they were not open due to the Thanksgiving week they promptly returned my call the following monday to confirm the drop off. They did a great job. I was very disappointed in u hauls drop off coordination.

CHARLES WThe office staff were warm and welcoming. The offered me a seat to relax while going through the paperwork. The truck had over 70000 miles but was we’ll maintained and performed perfectly. Overall it was a very good experience and an affordable solution for my needs.
Steve Lover charged me it was 28 and i got charged 58.96 I want my refund back please and I have my bank statement showing the 58.95 charge.
Patricia SApp and website did not work for mobile pick up. Called 1-800 #. Took an hour to get the truck going but Tanja was great and walked me through everything. Kate at Slansky's was awesome, very professional.

durley wI told the office I was dropping off my Uhaul at 1:30PM on Friday. They said to come by & they would check me in. They closed the office at 12pm!!!
