I rented a 15 ft U-Haul truck. I was told that there was little over a quarter of a tank in the gas and I asked them specifically why isn't there a full tank. They gave me no answer. During my rental I found out that the truck has a defective fill spout. The first time I tried to put fuel in it took me over 20 minutes because it would only take 75 cents at a time! It happened again at a totally different station. When I returned it to slicks I told them and they said that they would mark it for needing repairs. When I called them today to rent another 15 ft truck from them they said that none of their trucks are pre-filled to full because they do not have fuel support. I told the gentleman that when the truck comes in if it goes out full it's going to come in full. But apparently they don't follow the U-Haul standard. Today I rented from a different U-Haul location because of this experience. I think that these people are really nice but they are not doing good customer service on the U-Haul rentals..
