No one there to help. Terrible service. Zero help to unhook trailer. Would never want to return there

The truck was clean and that was great but it was disappointing that no one was on site to help. I also ordered moving blankets but there was no way to acquire them and I was charged for them. When I was checking out online the site quit when I was taking photos so I wasn’t sure if I checked out correctly I called the number but one one answered. Personally I wouldn’t use this location again because if anything goes wrong online or if online service is slow there’s no one to help and I don’t understand how you’re supposed to acquire equipment like Dollie’s and moving blankets.

Elizabeth was amazing she was able to help a provide amazing custom service with anything I needed assistance with. Probably the smoothest most easiest and helpful rental reservation I have ever experienced!! By far worth driving a few extra miles out of my area to just utilize this rental location. I highly highly recommend this location!

I forgot the Lady’s name, but she was awesome and very helpful. Definitely the best location around Sanford/Lake Mary. I even forgot my dolly and she called back to come and pick them up even though she had to go home. 10 Stars

Best U-Haul location I have been to! Elizabeth is so friendly and professional. I rent vans quite often and decided that it will be my primary location from now on. Would DEFINITELY recommend 🥰🥰🥰
