Truck was not available at reserved location. I was sent to an alternate location (Smiths) and my pickup time was moved back almost 2 hours because no truck was available at my reservation time. Smiths was gracious and discounted the rental, despite the situation being out of their control, but the overall experience with UHaul was below average.
