When I booked my uhaul, I booked it for a different location. So when I see it had to go 15 miles out of the way I was very upset. Plus I asked for an appliance dolly that wasn't in the truck. It was very hard to even scan my ID in . There wasn't anywhere that said how much fuel to put back in the truck. It wasn't an overall good experience.

Only issue was the truck had a cracked windshield. The girl who helped us was awesome!!
WILLIAM HTruck was not available at reserved location. I was sent to an alternate location (Smiths) and my pickup time was moved back almost 2 hours because no truck was available at my reservation time. Smiths was gracious and discounted the rental, despite the situation being out of their control, but the overall experience with UHaul was below average.
