Everything was good, explained everything and good customer service
SULTAN HGave me a hard time getting the truck and then when I asked for a dolly they told me it would be there but it never was and when I returned they told me they never had dolly’s and I would be refunded but again I never was. Terrible location and the people that work here are worse.

Amber eAfter speaking with those onsite, I think my issue is more with U-haul parent and not this location. I reserved an appliance dolly online, but this facility does not have these and never has them. Same with other add-ons that U-Haul has on the website. U-haul, either needs to update their website to actually show what is available or make sure that what is indicated on the website is available at the store. Don't put me an a position to think i have something available when the location does not have that... and I don't find out until I am there to pick up. Smoke Central actually moved this up to 2 stars by providing me one of their dollies. Not what I wanted, but better than nothing. Perhaps the feedback should include U-Haul parent as well, because I have no issues with the local site. This is a 4 or 5 star rating for Smoke Central.
Thomas FYour app needs serious revamping. Very clunky experience. I wasted about 1.5 hrs of my time sorting out your bad app bugs and false e flags. Figure it out

Jacinta AWas not able to process the mobile check in through the app. The truck had no windshield washer fluid and the diver seat had pieces detached from the side seat housing.
Dan SThe location and equipment were ok. However, the U-Haul app is a piece of crap. Trying to use it to checkout and to return my rental were both complete boondoggles. The app froze and crashed numerous times. Its ability to interact with the iPhone camera is terrible too. Next time, I’ll just go in the store and do it the old fashioned way.
Eric WI specifically declined the insurance in the app. When asked at the location, i reiterated that I had my own insurance, On the final bill, they added the insurance and refused to remove it.
JeVaughn MTruck didn’t have anything I ordered with it. No blankets, or furniture movers, and the website stated that a 10’ was big enough for up to 1br and it didn’t fit the living room, bookshelves, and kitchen stuff. Please remove 1br from website… And please have the equipment I ordered when picking it up.
Timothy MEven though I drove the vehicle for only 10 miles I was charged 2 gallons gas.
Seenu PI think someone from U-Haul should be checking equipment before the next rental, and not depend on the previous customer responses on the app. The App is extremely inconsistent, not a single time it worked like it should, and we always had to call customer service or the location manager for help. On our last rental the vehicle wasn’t clean, there was a service error showing. I like the location the location folks were very helpful, we really need to fix the app and physically check in the equipment before next rental
