I made a reservation in Bloomington, MN but when I went to pick it up I had to drive to Richfield, MN about 20 minutes away.

People cant speaker fluent English, And they didn't even know how perform the trans action. I spent over a hour waiting for the transaction to be completed. My wife and I had hired two people to help us move furniture costing me an extra $100.00. I wont use u haul again.
