It was kind of odd, the person who checked the keys out to me didn't seem 100% sure on how to do it and didn't love that they had to take photos of ID with their personal phone. Also, the u-haul that I got the brakes seemed to be basically shot so I had to drive super slow

I made a reservation in Bloomington, MN but when I went to pick it up I had to drive to Richfield, MN about 20 minutes away.

People cant speaker fluent English, And they didn't even know how perform the trans action. I spent over a hour waiting for the transaction to be completed. My wife and I had hired two people to help us move furniture costing me an extra $100.00. I wont use u haul again.
