Quick in and out
Johnny JI ordered furniture pads and dolly. Upon pick up they were not in the truck. I had to delay my moving time due to going 20 minutes away to pick up the equipment. I was told I would receive a refund for the equipment but then had to pay at the equipment pick up where the employee was rude and basically said it was my fault since I did not call to confirm my equipment would be in the truck although I made a reservation a week in advance.
Tammy WThe truck was on dead empty, had a check engine light on it, had a full chicken leg bone, dinner roll, fried chicken crumbs, a maxi pad, and cigarette smoke smell inside the cab.
Pamela PI am not sure what is going on at this location. I returned the van after i used it for 4 hours, but it had not been keyed out and closed out my contract. Good luck calling this location. I had to call UHaul customer service to report this issue. Almost 2 days later, my return van was checked in and i got the confirmation email.
GIANG NBuilding smelled like marijuana so bad my clothes smelled when I left. Truck was filthy. Guy that rented the truck didn’t know where it was. I had to go around back and find it. I didn’t get anything showing mileage when I picked it up. Luckily I took a pic when I got in and sure enough they tried to charge me over 30 miles at my drop off location. So truck was used before I picked it up off the books or something. My drop off location was great though. She helped me with the mileage being off.
CHRISTOPHER MReservation wasn’t correct. They do not have extra pieces. They only have one size truck. Dropped off 2 hours b4 the scheduled drop off time and was still called 2 days later to ask why I hadnt returned the U-Haul. Put gas in the gal and still ended up being over charged for miles and gas.

charlesla sHorrible customer service at the desk and they lied about gas and mileage. I picked up on May 20, 2023 around 5:45 pm and dropped off the same day around 8:45pm. Handed the keys to young black man at counter. Said he would email receipt for turn in. Then I was billed almost triple the amount. Horrible experience. I took pictures before and after. Because, it was horrible experience and weird from what my past experience has been with uhaul.
Chardretta KI am absolutely disgusted by this location. We walk in and it smells of Marijuana. I couldn't stay inside because the smell was so strong so my husband completed the transaction. His clothing smelled like it after leaving which lingered in our vehicle. This is absolutely unacceptable when thinking you are safe to pick up equipment you purchased. I'm glad we didn't have children with us that had to be there.

debbie dFirst of all i schedule my pick up for 8 AM. The place turned out to be a smoke shop that doesnt open till 10Am, on top of that no one showed up at the store till 10:30 AM. I dropped the truck at the designated time and i left the key with they guy at the smoke shop and he told me that was all i needed to do on my end. Comes monday and i see that you guys charge me for late delivery. I'ts making me not want to rent another Uhaul again.
Juan MVery difficult business to deal with. The guy was very unfriendly and not helpful. He not only took a long time to close the contract but also did it completely wrong. I returned equipment the same day and he put in his system, a date of next day. resulting over charge that was thankfully reverted by UHaul later. One important thing was the business of smoke. I was quite nervous when entered this smoke shop. It was totally an unknown thing for me that I will never like to go back again.

JOY HI'm not sure why this was the location that ended up being assigned to me. I had chosen a different location, and Uhaul ended up switching it to this one. A hookah/smoke shop is not exactly the place you want to drop your Uhaul off. Nothing against the store, just not the best location for this.

Jaime FThis one is hard to rate. I will say that the pickup time i was given (9am) to the pickup time someone showed up on site (10:30am) was very unprofessional and threw my whole schedule into a mess. The reason i say its hard to rate is even though i was very frustrated at the beginning the rest of the process was taken care of very smoothly. Still though I have never had an issue checking out a Uhaul rental to this degree which is the reason for a below average rating. This time of year Uhaul equipment is hard to find so you just have to deal with it.

FARUK AOur reservation was scheduled for pick up at 10am and no one was at the location to help us until 10:50. The check engine light was on and the gas tank had about 1/8 a tank.

LaTrenda NWhen I advised that I was there to pickup my rental I had to give most of the information to them again that I had already provided on online. Then they could not provide me with a written receipt or proof of contract in case I needed it during the rental. Worst of all they didn't have any of the other items that I rented on line and needed that afternoon. I asked what I should do and they said go look for it at another uhaul store. When I got to the truck they just handed me the keys. (They had no other uhaul equipment on site.) Very disappointing. I won't rent on line again in the future.

Paula NWhen I picked up my U-Haul in Katy Texas it was from a Smoke Shop. Which is totally fine I own two so I’m not saying I’m upset about that. What was pretty frustrating is it when I got into the uhaul not only was it disgusting, Smelled like a big giant bag of assholes and had dog hair covering everything there was an indication light saying Service stability or vice versa. The kid inside really didn’t want to hear about it and I needed to go. So I drove down the street to the nearest Walmart and called U-Haul to ask what I should do next. And in that time I guess I magically Willed it to fix itself because the indication light went off. I did however have to stop and spend money out of my own pocket to vacuum out all of the dog hair and get the smell out so that I didn’t also have to clean out vomit. Without a doubt the most horrible experience with you all I have ever had. The drop off location was fine and the guy inside was really nice.

Odis HIt’s the pricing it cost me as much I paid movers $1200 rain in the truck for a meal cost me $1000 and I had to move everything you should should give her better rates after the second day I rented the truck for three days I understand the rate per mile but you should be giving me a discount I understand and on the second day and the third day I should’ve got half price and also the log outs I dropped off the truck on the first day at 80 the morning I wasn’t told about a log out so they charge me an extra day even though I picked it up that afternoon people were working there and didn’t notice to Truck being up front your U-Haul I would’ve noticed it there’s two drugs there’s an extra truck there you should automatically get those people to log it out why I figured I need an estimate of a refund for $300 your trucks were good it ran good just the rate is shitty sorry to give you these bad reviews my experience with the truck Was excellent I was fairly impressed but disappointed in the pricing that’s why I suggest I’m not telling anybody that the rent from y’all because of that you might as well get the movers do it all less headache not to mention physically thank you
