Roach infestation
Tranaiya BOnly complaint is that I wish there was a sign visible from the street that indicated that this building rents UHauls.

Felipe DClean vehicles and make sure there is gas in the vehicle. Worst experience I have had with uhaul. I rented a moving van last week a one way to Atlanta and it was slightly dirty but nothing to this extent. Poor location.
Calvin CI am disputing the charges made. Truck was filthy with roaches and return date was wrong making my charges wrong.
CARLOS FYour app is faulty and very slow. I had to repeat the process numerous time and it took almost a half hour for things to load through the app. Same with return
Chris LThe U-Haul had roaches in it and the blinker was not functioning. Also, the paperwork indicated 1/4 of a tank while it was actually closer to an eighth. I returned after only having it an hour and going 4 miles. It was at that point I realized that it had roaches. I took it back and asked fir a refund and was told I had to call U-Haul. I called and was told it has been escalated to a regional manager. As of now, 3/3 at 11:19 PM I have not been refunded or contacted by a manager. This has been an awful experience

Adrian NThe truck had no gas in it and U-Haul was supposed to reverse the payment, I just got a receipt they ended up charging me anyways and 10 customer service representatives kept putting me on hold and sending me to another line to talk to someone else that couldn’t help

Micheal HVery slow check out process. Was supposed to be able to scan with my phone without going into store, however their truck was missing this. I was then given a van instead of The 15 foot truck like i ordered, making me do multiple trips for my loads to haul because the van filled up quickly. Requesting my money back asap please
Xavier GTire pressure was low, there was no furniture dolly as requested but was still charged for it, and I had to pay for a truck when I requested a van. I havent heard back about my receipt dispute. Overall very poor experience.
