Well my pick up location was changed to a place that is not a good area becouse my selected location called and said that the person forgot to leave the key out so I had to change locations to the smokers choice place and then when I got there they denied me the truck for about 30 min becouse of some issue that U-Haul was blocking so when it finally got fixed I was givin the key about 6:45pm and my original pick up time was 3:00pm at the original location and now I gave a bill on my account for 300.00 dollars and one pending for a154.00 id like to know were your trying to charge me all this money after all the inconvenience that I had to deal with

Online reservation was a nightmare. Outdated ,inaccurate imformation and failure of second vendor to set up key pick up led to reservation being moved twice after setup. Truck was fine when I finally got one. Regional customer service was very helpful. I spoke with them 3 or 4 times. 24/7 app glitches. 24/7 app is glitch

Parking for the trucks is on the back row of a very cramped space for a business parking lot. Customers of the business in and out of those spaces in front of the UHaul parking spaces making it almost impossible to inspect, take pics and park the trucks. Did not feel safe in this area. About the worst spot to parks moving trucks that there possibly could be.
