The truck leaks! Numerous boxes got wet on the drive from Oregon! Boxes in the attic area got wet, not just the boxes on the floor of the truck. Kerri at Smokey point is amazing and extremely helpful! Give that girl a raise in her pay!

Carl DPhil is amazing with helping customers. The truck was comfortable to drive with no issues at all. My only complaint was that there was a rusty razor blade in the bed of the truck, I simply removed it and properly discarded it so nobody would get hurt. I highly recommend this location!

Patricia SThe truck was nice. I wish Uhaul would give a few miles for in town usage since I had to go pick the truck up 10 MILES from my house. No other locations available. So that was 20 miles to start at 79 cents a mile. Awful. Then I dropped the truck off in 2 hours rather than 4 hours and they charged me an after hours fee. To which I had to call the manager and get taken off.

JOHN GI was not aware that I had a limited amount of miles and had to pay extra for any miles above that. The only reason I went above it is because Uhaul asked me to pick up the truck in Kelso instead of Vancouver. I would like to dispute this charge.

HOLLY AI reserved a UHaul truck for this location. I picked up the truck at this location, and was out using it, when I got a voice message from another UHaul location, saying they had a truck waiting for me. I called that location back and told them I’d reserved through this location and had no idea why they had a truck waiting for me.
Andrew OTake “a moving service” off of your recommendation list for movers! Unprofessional, I had to call three times for updates on where my movers were… after two hours of waiting and wasting the time I had with my uhaul truck, I was told they weren’t coming. I was told to “take it up with uhaul” to get my refund. There was no customer service or sense of urgency whatsoever. Unbelievable.
Nicole HI was charged for an extra day when the lady I talked to change my drop off location told me she wouldn't charge. The 20 foot truck took 3 trips for my 3 bedroom house, the capacity is a lie. I also had to drive an extra 35 miles, because no one was able to change my dropoff location. My wifes dad did the same exact move as we did using Budget and paid half the price, his house was 1.5 times the size of our house. Charged over $350 to go 120 miles at 1 day 11 hours. You guys will make over 1m dollars on each truck, this price is absurd. I would have just hired movers if I knew I was paying this ubsurd price.

Alexander PStore hours different at store than on website (I would have picked up truck earlier if I'd known they were open); sign on door said masks required (COVID) but employee had no mask; truck odometer reading was 70 miles off (not in my favor; employee corrected records so final charge was correct). I was redirected to this location after reserving a truck at a different location - online records of my reservation did not show the redirection so I called location the day before to confirm the truck would be there. Maybe the redirection is cause for the inaccurate odometer reading.
Garth AGas gage was stated as being at full, but was an 8th of tank less than that. I had to return it full, as stated by the front counter employee. Mileage was also off by 2 miles. I will be posting this on Yelp and other sites. This BS cost me $25+.
Troy DThe staff there was very good and accommodating, since they were put in a tough spot by UHaul. I reserved so I could pick up at 9am using my phone app. The confirmation email said 9am pick up confirmed, then on the day of pickup, the app said 10am. I had a crew scheduled to help us move. Then when I dropped the truck off after hours, the app would not accept the picture of the Mileage. It would not continue the check out.. so I was just forced to leave the truck. The app is not a good selling tool. Second time I have used it and second time it has not worked properly. I am giving a poor review.

TRENTON LThe cab of truck was littered with trash. Upon getting to my destination and opening the cargo area. It had dirt, candy wrappers, pens and tacks all over. The messiest uhaul I have ever rented.
Eric KCheck windshield wipers and make sure they work. It started raining after I took the truck, turned on wipers and one fell off cause a bracket clip was missing.

Karen aThe only downfall was the fuel level. Though when we picked the truck up the needle was at the F line, when we went to fill up prior to returning the truck it needed 12 gallons after having only traveled 74 miles. When taking the return photo I noticed the fuel line was beyond the F line. A bit disappointing to need to top off fuel that we didn't use, but otherwise overall a positive experience.
