Guy running the place was extremely rude and yelled at my 6 year old daughter when she tried to sit down and wait for me while I was getting the keys to the UHaul and ended up making her sit outside on the front of the stairs, very bad service, guy was also 15 mins late to check in my reservation. Terrible experience, will never come back to this location.
JASMINE PWe got charged for someone else’s rental as well. Still dealing with it and not please at the extra expense that we can’t afford.

ANGELINE ACustomer service was good but the actual U-Haul was terrible. Engine light on, key kept getting stuck in ignition, back gate was hard to close.

CORTRELL JToo many trucks in the way, not enough places to park, dropped off the truck and said to the guy, " i am ready to check out" he said he would do it for me. Well now I have an over $80 bill that I had to pay. Uhall is claiming I drove extra miles? How is that possible, I Called uhall and did a complaint but no one cares. I will leave bad review all over and never rent from you again.

Katrina Jrealmente no me ha gustado la manera en que este estableciemiento tramita la renta de un camion debido a que cobraron un valor demasido alto por adelantado calculando 50 millas de uso cuando claramente deje claro que solo usaria 10 millas aun asi me cobraron por 50 millas adicional pague por un dolly que nunca me entregaron, al finalizar la devolucion de el camion llamen muchas veces y cuando me contestaeon notifique esto y me dijeron que me enviarian la correcion y la devolucion y fue asi me emviaron una factura con el valor ajustado hasta ahi todo bien , ahora uhaul nuevamente me envia una factura donde me cobran las 50 millas que no use y el dolly que nunca me dieron entonces donde esta mi reembolso de lo que no use realmente . quiero realmente hablar con un agente de servicio . I really did not like the way this establishment processes the rental of a truck because they charged an excessively high amount in advance calculating 50 miles of use when I clearly made it clear that I would only use 10 miles, even so they charged me for an additional 50 miles I paid for a dolly that they never gave me, when finishing the return of the truck they called many times and when they answered me I notified this and they told me they would send me the correction and the refund and it was like that they sent me an invoice with the adjusted value up to there everything is fine, now Uhaul again sends me an invoice where they charge me for the 50 miles that I did not use and the dolly that they never gave me, so where is my refund for what I did not really use. I really want to speak with a service agent. Thanks!
ADRIAN NEverything was great minus the driver side door lock being flimsy and only a quarter tank of gas being in the truck. It would pop out when trying to unlock the door. I hope this gets fixed.

Maria HThe owner didn't go out to the truck with us when we picked it up or turned it in - just handed us the keys. The truck steering was sloppy and pulled to the left constantly. The amount of gas is the tank when we started was at 1/3 (at best) and I even took a picture of it. Yet when we turned it in with the same amount of gas, the business claimed the tank was almost at half, so they charged us $25. I sent them an email but no one has replied. When I went into the store the place smelled like dope.

CARL LEquipment was dirty and the additional equipment was not in the truck. I had to ask for them and get them myself. There was no on hand assistance and the only person on site was available through an intercom.
Dennis MHad a little trouble closing the trailer door and the key kept getting stuck in the ignition. Make sure trailer doors are being oiled if the trucks aren’t being used after a period of time and check the keys once in a while too. Other than those minor issues service was very great
TAKYRA SIt pisses me off when I get the gas at empty and I return it with a 1/4 of a tank and you guys try charging me a fuel charge. I don’t understand that. When I am actually giving you guys free gas already.
