Did t have a clue what was going on. Spent way too much time on customer service phone call when I had things to do. Chose in person pick up but this location is obviously not equipped for anything other than online. Didn’t have utility dolly or appliance dolly. Worst experience! Won’t be doing that again. Will always go to a U-Haul true location from now on
