Kevin at the UHaul on 478 Broad Street, Brooksville was very helpful and I would recommend this location. However we had initially booked to collect our vehicle from Cortez Blvd, Brooksville. We arrived at 8am as arranged to be informed by Dakota who works at this location: "our truck is down and we don't have one". We were never notified of this and she really didn't seem to care that we had to travel a further 20 minutes to collect another vehicle. Would not recommend this location, staff unhelpful and condescending. Kevin at the Broad Street location customer service was excellent, thank you, Kevin.

No, this was not the Kings Mansion. But I can tell you that the gentleman employee that worked thre was VERY friendly and helpful. He suggested things, reminded me to take pictures (I did) and assisted me with all he wanted me to do. He was courteous and thanked me. If I am in that area again, I'll stop to get gas.

Eduardo FSeveral issues here- while the zip code may register as Brooksville, this location is in Masaryktown. They are NOT the same. The guy behind the counter did not know what to do for u-haul and gave instructions to drop my keys in the box Then check out on the app. This is backwards. Thus I could not enter odometer reading or take a picture of it. Corporate needs to produce better check out instructions for clients BEFORE they rent the vehicle.
