My reservation was for a 26 ft truck which was not there. I had no choice but to rent a 20 ft truck, which I was not happy about. The service person Alec was great, very apologetic about this issue, and had no control with my reservation. I made my reservation 5 days in advance and the location changed the day before. Considering I had no other solution based on my situation I had no choice but make it work.

Reservation was pushed back 10 hours costing us $400 for movers to be cancelled, truck had a snot rag inside front compartment. The third party dealer located on Belvedere Rd, WPB hung up at 2am on us when our reservation was for 12am. Absolutely chaotic and little communication with U-Haul. Then I was charged $1,050 for my U-Haul full price when I never received a call back from my complaint or any price adjusting for my inconvenience and poor service. I’ll use Penske or any company moving forward for any moves in my lifetime.

Grady SHad noon appointment. Arrived at 1145 hoping to pick up truck. Entire place locked up with a small sign stating will be back at 1245. Attendant showed up at 1255. Told me he had no appointments until he looked up my phone number after I gave him the designated truck number. Not a very nice person to deal with. The drop off was completely different. Attendant was Friendly and attentive. I paid a lot of $$$ for the rental and am very disappointed.
William RThe app itself was a little finicky. I had to go through checkout process multiple times until it finally registered which required multiple photos. Check in process was also not great as they neglected to mention anything about only having an in-state DL. They called all my family members until finally my mom picked up at 7:45am. Would recommend letting us do this in advance as I took a ride share and would have been stranded.

CLINTON HRented a trailer and it was unavailable when I arrived. ended up costing me over double to renting a box truck that cost me over triple. No fault on the rental location, just wish I would’ve know prehand that the trailer was unavailable so I could have gone to another location.
EVAN GCheck the interior lights of the truck so you don’t waste a night trying to load without light. Also do not charge $45 plus tax for a safe move, Whatever that is without explaining it to people so they know what they’re paying for. that’s highway robbery. The guy never got out of his chair And never explained anything to me. then they increase the rate after they made me go to a different location to get the truck. My original reservation was made on August 30 and they increased me because of their problem. This went from a very good experience to a very, very poor experience and snap box was not a good location to rent from. And a person named Melissa in Palm Bay, who was a manager or supervisor refused to deal with me and told me to go to the location because once it was dispatch, she would not refund the money. That’s ridiculous and I am giving you a bad review instead of the good review that your people on the phone deserve. I would check on your snap box location and tighten it up and maybe some retraining is in order.
doug wThe passenger cab had a leak and so did the truck inside. Some of my stuff got wet. Disappointing?? How about a partial credit?
TONI MI was told it was unlimited mileage for local, after turning in the truck I was charged another $60..
DANIEL NThe truck was a one day rental and was not due back until the following morning at 9:00 AM. I returned the truck early, cleaned, and with more fuel than I started with. When I received the invoice a second days rental was changed to my credit card. I read other reviews stating the same happened to other customers. I’m really not looking forward to spending the little bit of spare time I have to get this resolved. Very disappointed, Shady business practice at work.

PHILIP OThis location doesnt open until 9:00.. my main issues are not wiht this location... They are with the Northlake store that is considered a hub. I arrived at 7:00 AM to meet an incredibly rude employee with zero customer service skills. My reservation didn't mean anything to them.. They did not call or let me know. Just let me drive to location and set me back in my move day three hours. I missed my bed delivery and other friends had to wait for me. Only nice thing that happened was a control center person helped me and she was a saint. Terrible experience other then the call center person.

Todd HFront desk staff rude, curt. App doesn't work property to check in. Truck was dirty, with slimy liquid in the cupholders. Truck itself has transmission issues, less than 1/4 tank of gas on pickup, truck is old with no usb ports (but 3 12-volt plugs). Requests for multiple people's private contact info "in case you steal the truck" is intrusive and inappropriate. Will look to rent from another company other than U-Haul in the future.
Edward ZLocation was fine, but the app failed multiple times. Would have liked some alternate way to confirm we left the vehicle. Felt very unreasurng since we could not check in via app and ended up just haveing to take our own picturs and drop off the key and hope things went well the nexzt day.

Kelly SMake the drop off box for the keys capable for all types of keys that your rental vehicles use. We tried to return our rental while the staff was at lunch and could not complete the return because the key did not fit in the drop off box.
KIM PTruck was a bit wobbly due to tire pressure. Rep didn’t explain the differences in the contract. I was charged $1.00 more then what my online receipt said and instead of the rep honoring the price I had when I reserved the truck, he told me the taxes were off by a $1.00 and refused to give me the truck had I not agreed to the higher price
Kimberly CCharged 2 gal for less than 20 miles and I put a gal in myself. Truck inside covered in dirt. Upon return guy said “just leave the keys I’ll email you a receipt later.” Later as in next day at 3pm after I had to call Uhaul and tell them I had already returned truck and was showing it was still outstanding in my name. As for the truck transmission slipping but luckily wasn’t going to far.
John DUse the website to check out trucks when the office is closed. The app had a bug when I was checking out. When I clicked on the address for snap box the pin was placed in the middle of the ocean and since my location was not in the middle of the ocean I could not use the app to check the truck out. Someone suggested to use the website and it worked.
Winston CLewis was super helpful. We were left hanging at another location we made a reservation with. We called here and Lewis jumped to action and got us what we needed on minutes notice. We are thankful.

Sarah GI need a refund for what I overpaid. I was not responsible for the changes I was practically forced to make. It is not my fault that the reservation location was changed to savanna Georgia and that no one called me to confirm the pickup location forcing me to have to make a reservation for a trick size I didn’t want at a location that was extremely far away from what I was expecting.

Moving is already stressful, I got there yesterday to pick up the truck and the employee at the counter said they did not have the truck available, only a van. Very inconvenient as the move is planned accordingly with space in the vehicle. No discount or I’m sorry. Will tell others about the experience because I do not want others to have to go through that on their moving day. Very disappointed as I’ve used this location prior for 2 other moves. Will be using another location moving forward. I suggest accounting for your trucks the day before the reservation is due, or AT LEAST inform the renter PRIOR to arrival.

Mark HWhen we dropped the trailer off the staff member NEVER helped us unhitch the trailer! The trailer was hitched by the staff member when we picked it up and we never unhitched it until we dropped it off and there was no equipment on site to assist with the unhitching. Glad my husband and I were able to lift it off our truck!!
