They always say tank is full of fuel...but it was 3/4 ths full....this has happened twice....they say I should check it b4 I leave or take a photo.....I'm in a rush I'm moving ...I shouldn't have to photo work that should of been checked...cost me 40 bucks in in additional fuel....thats the last time I don't photo u hauls work.Bruce H.

The first person I worked with was really nice and very helpful. Only bad thing was that he charged me for insurance even though I said that I didn't want it online. I didn't realize until pick up, so I lost $14. The lady at drop off was rude. She acted like I was inconveniencing her. I had questions and she said that Uhaul wasn't her main job, it was storage, and that she didn't have time to help me. I would not recommend renting from her just because of her and how rude she was. Also, the location is convenient but the parking is horrible.DEBORAH M.

The drop off location was a chain storage rental location. The facility was fine, but the attendant was rude. The office door was locked because the attendant didn't want contact with the public due to the COVID outbreak. I was scolded for not using the drop box, but I was unaware that there was a drop box.Brian M.

From the moment we walked in the door it was like we were inconveniencing her. She said she was not expecting a truck and she would have to do a lot of work to check us in. The location we first rented the truck from told us we could drop the truck back off at any location. I mentioned this to her and she told me I was wrong. So in front of her I called the initial location and again asked them where I should have dropped off the empty truck they again said anywhere. She very reluctantly said she would take it in. Attendant claimed the driver caused damage to truck on the premises and said she had video. Agreed to pay if she could produce the video and she said OK. When I arrived she said corporate said she couldn't show it to me. Got a call from someone claiming to be an area rep and he said the person on site claimed my son in law was under the influence of something. There was some question about the damage to the truck and the person on sitenbecame very defensive and rude. I am getting tired of the runaround, I want to do the right thing but the situation is becoming very frustrating. My card has already been charged but I still have not heard a response to any of my questions. I have reached the point that I am considering going on the offensive instead of the defensive.bryon K.

I wont be using Uhaul for another event. (We have several a year). The reservation was made weeks in advance and the vehicle we needed (or any other box truck that we could have made work) was not on site. The gentleman helped us track a truck down that we then had to go and pick up after leaving the office without a truck. The reservation was made for 9am because we had loading deadlines and we did not get a truck until 2 hours after that which put our entire staff and group of volunteers behind. We will just use a more reliable establishment for our future events.Brooke U.

The location was not the issue. The reservation part was the issue. My reservation was canceled by some customer service rep even after I specifically told that rep not to cancel my reservation. Moving is stressful enough without a uhual rep completely ruining the experience by causing the amount of stress of thinking I was going to be forced to miss my move. Thankfully some rep in Tulsa was able to help me find another truck. Trust me I am one very dissatisfied customer and I will be rating uhual 1star and leaving a comment so everyone knows just how bad uhual is. The poor guy at the pick up location wasn't even able to get me in n out due to uhual website issues. I was at the location for an hour. He was very pleasant n helpful then again he himself isn't one of the uhual Nazi armyJo C.

First off the lady didnt have the time of day to focus on my task but only training someone. The uhaul...was disgusting dog hair eeeeeverywhere in the seats, trash under the seats and that thing is unsafe to drive we had to go out of our way to tyler texas because you couldnt drive it over 60 without the truck shaking violently. I will not be using uhaul again. Ashes in the nasty ash tray.James W.

Truck was clean but the maintenance was bad. Driving experience was not good. And more over, 1 dollar for 1 mile seems to be expensive to me. i drove 15 miles, and invoice comes around 54$. i do feel its expensive..jahan D.

The wind shield wippers were in bad shape. Luckily it did not rain much. The frontend needed alignment. A buzzer kept going off and never could figure out why. Expreince with U-Haul support staff was good however.James H.

When booking, I booked at Airport Blvd Mini Storage here in Bentonville. Unfortunately they have construction going on and were unable to fill the request though the reservation was automatically flipped to SnapBox. This was fine, but the lack of communication on this was a little disconcerting.Brock H.
