Lubricant on ratcheting mechanism
Eric FThe truck apparently had a roof leak that looked like it was repaired before but not repaired well. The dash lights did not work which made driving at night dangerous not knowing the speed and other information.

JOHN KHad not been cleaned Jerked to the right would bounced sooo hard around 55 60. Would bounce drink out of cup holder had to pull over 3 times. Last. 30 miles had to drive 30 35 very disappointed. I have used u haul many times. One being week before.

Wayne OTrading post uhaul canceled and didn't get us truck, last minute then drove 45 min away to Sneed towing and not ready was supposed to get at 10am and didn't get home intill 1pm.
david bI was forced to get a bigger truck which cost more to but gas it in and the location I had to pick it up at didn’t do the mobile pick up and I had to more my pick up time because they weren’t available

Andrea CIf you smoke, this place will welcome you. If you don’t smoke, it will be difficult to stay in the office long enough to sign your rental agreement. If you need any help with your rentals, you are out of luck. The sweet lady who works there isn’t able to help and there is no one else available. With several attempts and a prayer, we were able to get the trailer hooked up to our truck. We’ve had such good service at other uhaul centers. I’ll keep using uhaul, just not this location.

Joseph MRented a 5x8 cargo trailer. It was ready, when I git there. Mr. Sneed is customer friendly. Everythig went smoothly on the pickup end and smoothly when I dropped it off at Hays auction House in Louisville.
geoffrey SFirstly, I reserved a 10' vehicle at my local location (Southern Auction in Hayesville, NC), which was available at the time of reservation. U-Haul then changed the location (and size of vehicle to a 15') of my reservation to a location an additional 20 miles away which resulted in more miles to and from our destination meaning more money we had to spend. Secondly, when we went to this location, there was no 15' truck available, the person at the location tried to help us but the closest truck available was an additional 30 miles away from that and would have cost far too much. Instead we had to rent a 20' vehicle from the location we were at which was more money, much worse on gas, and a struggle to fit in our driveway.

Chester EI dropped off the unit with more fuel in it than whenever I picked it up and got charged for 3 gallons of fuel. That was really shady of you to take money from my card on file. I think I will rent from another company if I need to.
MATTHEW GThe truck head lights needed adjusted. Hard to drive at night. 1 went one way and one went the other. We reported it when we took the truck to the location to turn it in.

Jacqueline MThey did not have the dolly I needed. Nor did they have the number of blankets I ordered. Still, we survived. One other small issue is that the windshield was not clean. I didn't notice until I got into a sun glare situation.

James RI returned the truck at 4:45 p.m. on August 23, 2023. I was not given a receipt for the return, and the next day I received an e-mail saying it was returned on the 24th. Absolutely not true. The location was so rundown I could not tell if they were truly occupied or not, and I had to walk through a very strange area to get to the desk. I was glad I had someone with me. The lady was friendly. I will give her that.

Caitlin OStaff was very helpful and the truck was clean. The front end was very loose and steering at above 50mph was challenging at best. Also it seems like the front driver side wheel bearing may need attention there was a speed dependent high pitch noise coming from the front wheel.
