I don't know exactly who to blame but this is what I think. We had a very difficult time with your app that we used to make the reservation- took over an hour to get the vehicle cleared and ready to go. I then finally inspected your vehicle put the key in the ignition only to find that your battery was completely dead- unknown reason but more delays. The guy at the Garage was nice, helpful and got us underway but somewhere I am thinking for 100 dollars and only short trip things should have been easier.

it took an hour to pick this vehicle up, business was closed, poor reception using the internet, fuel tank about 3/4 full, i returned the vehicle with a full tank and should have been compensated.

The staff was friendly, however the program that checks suitability is flawed. It said that a 6x12 trailer was compatible with my Ford Flex. It was not. Once I had the trailer loaded with lightweight household boxes, (no furniture) I had about an inch of clearance. I was stranded and had to rent another vehicle to complete my move.

The parking lot at this location needs more gravel or paved. I had go thru deep mud puddles to verify the trailer I rented was hooked up correctly and tracked massive amounts of mud into my vehicle. Which is not acceptable!!!!

The parking lot at this facility needs more gravel, there were many large deep mud puddles. Also needs more lighting for night time dropping of rental. My equipment rental experience was good, no complaints there.

The jury is still out. I was charged for an extra day rental. I called Sniders, they contacted UHaul and said they would issue me a credit. I received a statement with a credit but have not yet received the credit on my credit card. Issue me a credit and all will be good. Thanks Tim

The wiring was messed up on the trailer. Risking a ticket or an accident due to no taillights. The trailer itself had to be rewired. Traveling across country without taillights is extremely dangerous! Thankfully my bf worked for uhaul in the past and was able to properly rewire it the right way. When it was addressed to uhaul nothing was done. All they did was “take notes”. When I move again I'm not so sure I wanna risk using uhaul. Very unsatisfied!!!!

I was very upset that I left half of a tank of gas in the vehicle (picked it up with only 1/4 tank) and I received no credit whatsoever for the extra fuel. This truck had a HUGE tank on it. It took $120 to fill it from 1/4 tank at pick up to full. That extra 1/4 tank I left it with was worth about $40. On top of that, I turned the truck in 1 day early and no credit for that either. Certainly doesn't make me want to ever rent from uhaul again or recommend it to others. I'll stick with Hertz or Budget or Home Depot from now on if this is how you operate.

I liked the automatic brakes on this trailer. I was expecting an open trailer and was glad that I got an enclosed trailer which helped greatly since I was hauling lumber. The staff at this location was friendly an courteous. I was seen right away and got on my way in 15 minutes. Upon check-in they took care of me, again, right away and got me on my way in 10 minutes. This was totally a very good experience.

The Truck we rented was very dirty gas was only a quarter full called back and reported it to service center girls name was Heavan said she would put note in computer she did nothing when we picked it up no one showed us how to work any thing just handed us the keys sent us on our way
