Christopher DIf the appliance dolly is paid for by the customer please make sure it’s in the vehicle they rent out. We purchased one for $10.00 and definitely needed it for the very heavy furniture we were moving.

JAMES ESo I went on a 400 mile trip. Trailer was all good and all real happy with it. Pat, if it would have been my equipment I would have had a decent set of tires. I was biting my nails but that tire didn't blow in the middle of Cincinnati. If it was my choice I would have had a decent set of tires. The threads are showing not good but I'm happy with everything other than that

Steve LLocation was great. For reasons unknown, there was no lift jack on the trailer. It was a 6X12 uncovered trailer. Very heavy. Extremely hard to get on and off trailer hitch by myself. Please install a lift on the trailer so I don't have to break my back getting it on and off my vehicle. I returned it after hours- really hard to get it of and leave it at the facility. The people at the location we fantastic. Couldn't ask for a better team there!

William TThe parking lot was very muddy and the 2300lbs trailer I rented that said it had "hydraulic brakes" on the side didn't work. I wasn't able to get the brakes to engage at all with the gain setting. This is a safety issue.

He spent some time to get the chains shorter but the receptor that held the ball could have been turned around to have the trailer hitch higher. Anyway the chains were dragging and I had to duct tape them up.

Derald PWe had to hunt for and interrupt their bbq, or wait for over an hour to return the trailer. Gentleman that left bbq to help us was ok. Probably shouldn’t completely close business for lunch.

David HI returned my trailer at 12:30 pm. The office was closed from 12:00 to 1:00pm for lunch, which I didn’t know. A young man that was standing outside on his break helped me unhook the trailer. I was charged for an extra days rental, do not know why. I will be calling on this.

Ted SThe truck was dirty when I picked it up. When I checked out and reported it as dirty they charged me $25 for a clean up. I am very disappointed in the electronic check out and check in process. I also reserved the truck for 24 hours but the system only gave me 21 hours and there was no way to correct it online.
James LParking lot is not paved. Recent rains made this a mud pit. Operator needs to invest in basic parking lot improvements (at least grade and place gravel down yearly).

GREGORY Swell im very very disasstified when we got to are location an was unloadind half of are boxes was soaked an rip an all are clothes bedding an an towels was completly soaked with water we had to go an get new boxes an re pack what we could ive never never seen a mess like we went thruit took everything to get to mich an now we have to wash an dry allare clothes bedding towels an are matterees was soaked all the way thru vety very unhappy with uhaul i had my mothers urn in a boxed an it wascomplety wet it look like someone turned a hose on all are belongings i feel i should get half of my money back
