Be upfront about the price
Alex FThe lady didn't explain anything to us. Our mileage, our contract, what all we were paying for or anything. And she charged us for safe trip which I didn't want and when we called her about it she hung up on my husband and wouldn't answer when he called back (10 times he called back)
Heather LHad to call the 800 number due to no one there. When some one finally showed up, I went in and the smell of bug spray was over whelming. Empty soda cans and trash lay around the make shift office. Opened candy all over the floor. When I had to hook up the trailer, the mosquitoes were horrible. Too many bites to count. She did not inspect to see if lights were working or anything else that needed to be looked at. I just drove off.

Andrea gForced to this location 30 miles away due to lack of operational trucks at corpus christi...during on-line reservation..a hand truck/dolly was requested..prior to pick-up site management was aware of requested hand truck and confirmed that 1 will be loaded in truck. Upon after hours pick up..the hand truck was not in vehicle..management contacted and was told sorry they didn't have one. Had to purchase one from Home Depot. Although the truck looked good..I think all the tires were out of balance and steering pulled to the right..the air conditioning did work well.
