This was the best experience I've had with storage facilities. The owners are super friendly and helpful. When I went in to inquire about their units, they were helped me determine what size I needed, let me know of the location in the facility that had units available so I could choose where I wanted to be, and had me all set up and on my way in about 20 minutes. Their pricing is very reasonable. The unit was super clean and I always felt very secure. The location is great. If I find myself needing storage in the valley again, I will definitely be back!

Trailer was in great working order, clean and appeared to have all new tires/recent service. The Snoqualmie location is the only U-Haul I will rent from in the Seattle area as I have found other shops with terrible equipment, nails in tires or pass the wear bar indicator. I have rented other times from Snoqualmie in the past and always had great experiences and it's very apparent they keep their trailers and trucks in top notch shape!

The truck I drove has a few issues. The front end wheel hops when close to 60mph. Motor in the truck working really hard to accelerate. Takes longer than normal to get up to speed. (Didn't matter if the truck was empty or loaded) One last thing, the exhaust leeks into the cab of the truck. Had to keep windows partially rolled down to keep fresh air moving through the cab.
I think the truck needs a little tlc. Truck made the trip and the staff was great.

Ron was great and the staff were friendly. However, I rented a trailer to load a motorcycle and the trailer ramp never lowered to the ground. It was at least 6 inches off the ground. That made the loading very difficult for my wife and I and it took us two hours just to load it due to the ramp NOT reaching the ground. I was dumbfounded as to why Uhaul would rent out a trailer with a ramp that did not reach the ground. It was not adjustable, welded chain links. So we had to use rachet tie downs to slowly pull it in with it UNHITCHED (dangerous) and it was a nightmare to deal with.

My Storage unit in North Bend was full of RAT poop and I had to throw away a lot of my family photos and other valuable items. The storage unit in North bend claimed no responsibility at all.
Snoqualmie Ridge Storage was just the opposite. Their facility was exceptionally clean and the service is great and the prices are lower.

I have been renting various storage unit spaces from Snoqualmie Ridge Storage since May of 2015. The staff is always extremely helpful and friendly, I never had any issues with access, the temperature was always kept at a good temp, the lights always worked and it was always very clean. I felt very safe going there at any time by myself, which was often the case. I would definitely recommend them to other potential renters in the future.

The employees were absolutely less than helpful upon move out. I gave 30 days notice and that coincided with 26 days of the next month but they pulled a payment for the entire next month and refused to refund me the remainder which I didn’t owe. When I asked to explain the situation to a manager they refused to take a message and just said to keep calling until he was in.
