My Storage unit in North Bend was full of RAT poop and I had to throw away a lot of my family photos and other valuable items. The storage unit in North bend claimed no responsibility at all.
Snoqualmie Ridge Storage was just the opposite. Their facility was exceptionally clean and the service is great and the prices are lower.

This truck was absolutely unsafe to drive. I could tell that the brakes were going out, twice the engine would not turn over and start, the electrical was shorting, and then the tire sensor came on. It felt like it was going to fall apart and my girlfriend and I were really worried for our safety. When we went to returned the truck the app wasn’t working properly and it was after hours so we weren’t able to talk to anyone about it. The next day (today), we called and spoke to the representative who was not only rude and unprofessional, but extremely unhelpful. The customer service we received is a terrible representation of U-Haul and we would surely not return here. After explaining what happened, the man said, “Well what do you want me to do about it?!” No apologies or any kind of concern for our safety. The troubles we had with this vehicle and the time we spent trying to figure out what was wrong with the app, caused us to be late returning it. Additionally, this representative said nothing about the additional fee for returning it after closing hours, which was 3pm on a Saturday, even after we told him we would need it until approximately 8pm. We didn’t realize it until looking for drop off instructions, but he had incorrectly listed the wrong time for us to return on an agreement that we didn’t even know about. He didn’t say anything about the cost or additional fees prior to us renting it so we didnt know there was an agreement with these fees. He never mentioned anything, not even anything about a contract. He never went over what I requested and only said he would be sending a receipt to our email and gave us the keys. We had ordered pads and a flat dolly. Once we got the truck we noticed that neither of those items were included. We were finally we provided with the pads but were given the wrong dolly. My girlfriend didn’t realize what I had ordered was the other type of dolly so when we got to our location I saw that she was given the wrong equipment than what was ordered. At this point, we also noticed there was no ramp either. So how were we supposed to even use the dolly that was provided to load our items into the truck?! This entire experience was an absolute nightmare. Today, my girlfriend asked the representative to have a manager or supervisor call her back but no one ever called and she said the guy she spoke to was so awful on the phone that she didn’t want to call back to follow up. I feel like this entire situation is unacceptable on so many levels. I hope that this will shed some light on how your customers are being treated and the unsafe conditions of this vehicle because your next customers may not be so lucky as to make their destinations safely and that would be devastating for everyone.

I have been renting various storage unit spaces from Snoqualmie Ridge Storage since May of 2015. The staff is always extremely helpful and friendly, I never had any issues with access, the temperature was always kept at a good temp, the lights always worked and it was always very clean. I felt very safe going there at any time by myself, which was often the case. I would definitely recommend them to other potential renters in the future.

The employees were absolutely less than helpful upon move out. I gave 30 days notice and that coincided with 26 days of the next month but they pulled a payment for the entire next month and refused to refund me the remainder which I didn’t owe. When I asked to explain the situation to a manager they refused to take a message and just said to keep calling until he was in.
