The place I had no issues with. The truck could use improvement. It could use cruise control so that when you travel long distance it can be used. Also for someone who is short like me it was tough getting into the truck and there were no handles to help get in.JULIE V.

Erin went over and above for me. I arrived Friday May 28, 2021 at 1:15 pm. I was to pick up the 10 foot truck. Apparently someone rented it online the night before and picked it up at 8am. Erin told them it was reserved for 1:30 and they stated they would have it back by noon. I sat in the shop until 2:30pm waiting, and finally Erin said she would take me home and come back Saturday at 1:30pm so I could get the truck. I felt terrible as it was a holiday weekend. She totally came through for me on Saturday, and I was able to make the move I needed to make.BERNADETTE V.

The employees were extremely rude and unhelpful. We were missing a hand truck, furniture pads and received a call 1 hr before we were scheduled to pick up the truck at a completely different location then we reserved it for. The u-haul itself wasn't clean inside the cab and the truck needed windshield washer fluid as well as 2 quarts of oil. When I expressed my issues with the pick up site they told me to contact the 800 number. Overall terrible customer serviceJayden M.

This place was able to accommodate my request since my initial reservation was moved from East Penn Self Storage to Whitehall. I get a call 2.5 hours before pick ip that truck did not cone in to Whitehall and they were looking for a truck. The ride to pick the truck up was 45 minutes plus my tolls and fuel. When i got home i had to spray the inside of cab because small ants started crawling around all over floor. I always run into issues when renting from Uhaul when i reserve equipment. This is starting to leave a bad taste. Thank you Snyder Tire for the 20' truck. The one thing I found odd was that Customers wore masks when in this location but none of the Employees did.Matthew B.

This location was easy to find, had safe parking-- and drop-off was a breeze. The only thing that would help is if Verizon mobile service had a stronger signal in that location because I was a little worried that the photo uploads would time-out. Otherwise, it couldn't have been easier.Jeffrey K.

I originally reserved the truck at Sterling Auto Sales & Service at 2240 MacArthur Rd, Whitehall, PA. Upon arrival and waiting we realized that this location was not going to open. I called UHAUL reservations and they confirmed that this location should have opened. They were very understanding and reserved me a truck from Snyder Tire above.David H.

Pick up location charged us more than we reserved the truck for. Unfortunately I did not catch it when I picked the truck up. Upon dropping the truck off and explaining this to the employee, and showing him my reservation for the lower price, he adjusted the price to reflect the price that I reserved the truck for. Our charges were messed up from the place we rented due to the changing of the rental truck (engine light was on upon pick up). Snyder tire was wonderful in fixing the charges and giving us the proper credit and billing for the correct truck we turned in. SUPERIOR SERVICE AS ALWAYS!!Robert W R.
Ordered truck a week in advance. Needed an appliance(refrigerator) hand truck and a dozen furniture blankets. Picked up truck and there was a normal hand truck and 7 blankets. Now I wasnt charged for the hand truck and I was only charged for half the cost of the blankets but I ordered a refrigerator hand truck and a dozen blankets because I needed them. The fact that my bill was changed makes me realize that this was known before the truck was left for me to pick up. With the business being closed i had no one to contact about this and had to make due with what i was given. I think a week to make sure the items needed were available should be sufficient. If not a phone call so I could make other arrangements would have been nice.Vincent I.

I was upset that I was suppose to get a uhaul at 3am at a different location. I had called to verify with the place the day prior and they told me that I had to pay and get a code to put into the box on the back of the building to get the key. I was unable to do so as I was informed there was no key there for the truck by phone customer service. I then lost 5 hours of moving because I had to wait for Snyder Tire to open to get a truck from since the original place opened at 9.Sara H.

Uhaul changed my reservation because the original location rented the trailer to another party 14 hours before I was to pickup the trailer. Made me drive an hour to pickup the trailer. When I gave my phone number a UHaul rep, my contact info self populated and I just verified the data. Someone changed my phone number so no one could call me to discuss the situation. When I called to discuss the matter, your dispatch person ( Roxanne ) was rude, condescending and misleading.Alex B.

Stop having the customer upload photo after photo to authenticate themselves and then ask for someone else's phone number to be called for a reference. What should have taken 3-5 minutes took 25 minutes till I was able to even get the keys for the truckGERALD M.
