Ratcheting hardware on auto transport trailers need better maintenance. I experienced difficulties with one side and feared it would loosen throughout my trip. I had to make multiple stops to adjust and make sure it would hold the vehicle in place.
JOSE VTBH- the guy at the counter in his own words said --- "he did not have time right then to finalize my invoice?" Trust me at 10AM on a Monday this place was NOT busy. I actually pulled in with my car still on auto transport trailer (only way to get home from there). No one came out to check the truck or told me where to park to unload. Yes I figured out where to pull in and took the 10 minutes to unload my car still expecting someone, anyone to come out and advise where I should now park. Aside from one customer in a chair and two dogs chilling. There was another employee sitting off to the side listening, watching, but not saying or doing anything? The counter guy just took my keys and said he would go online later and I would get a confirmation e-mail. I got that email confirmation.

James OContactless pick-up was easy and seamless. App worked well and it was easy to follow the instructions. Truck was clean and the body was in good shape. However the AC quit about 20 mins into a 2 hour drive on one of the hottest days of the summer.
Fred CMake the process of inputting the discount for first responders easier and readily available. Most locations don't know it exists and do not know how to process it properly and its inconsistent. I got 5 dollars off per day at one location and only 5 dollars off the entire $311 transaction at another location, which was disappointing.
ANGELIA SWasn't the fault of the staff at Snyder Tire who tried their best to address the problem, but I had a confirmed reservation for 9 a.m., received a "updated" confirmation moving the time to 12:30 p.m. and when arriving at Snyder's, found the truck had not been returned. It was close to an hour before everything could be sorted out and a new truck provided. It's hard to deal with these issues and delays especially with moving as people are lined up to help you move and our distance we had to travel was not close. We barely got finished before dark, dealt with traffic issues due to rush hour and people who were helping who had to leave. UHaul probably would not be my first choice when moving again.

DAVID OThe app caused so many problems is took almost 45 minutes to get through all the check in steps for after hours. Slow response time. Call to customer service required. Had to close out or refresh multiple times. Location was great just the app is an issue

Craig TFront desk lady was a bitch, for coffee cups and cardboard in the cup holders and wouldn't let me use the locations dumpster to throw it away cause clearly she's never moved 200 plus miles in her life. Threaten to charge $119 for extra mileage, after I pulled a trailer for uhaul and was offered free mileage as a courtesy. I'm a nice guy but don't approach me at 830 am in a condescending tone after doing u ocation a favor by bringing u trailer, paying for gas out of my own pocket, then deny me a dumpster to fix a problem I neglected. It didn't have to be that serious.
Garrett SIt was easy to return. We returned more gas than was given. But was charged I $14.00 more for mileage fee.
Carley BI thought doing the pick up n drop off would be easy from my phone, but it was such a hassle, I ended up going into the rental place for help n inside it was still a long wait, I don't know what the problem is but I wasted an hour just trying to get the process done! Also whatever the people prior to me using the truck left bunch of crumbs all over floor in cab area , I took pictures cuz I didn't want to be blamed for the mess.

Lashanda HGas wasn't full when I picked up the truck it was at 3/4 so I placed that exact gas back in the truck and I was charged the remaining amount anyway.

John HThe only issue I had was I was told there was a half a tank of gas in it and there wasn't. Drive from Snyder tires to Ahners Furniture and realized I had a quarter of a tank. Had to stop and put gas in it already. That was my only issue.

Ronald Rthe person was on vacation and their was no help. took 2.5 hours to get it done cell phone app took forever . after we got it to where you could proceed it was ok. Truck was not at 1st location where it was booked had to drive 30 more miles to pick up.

Timothy ZNo body was at the location at time of drop off so there fore really can not commit on the facility. Now Uhaul over all sucked. At the third gas up while on the road notice that the right front tire was cupping after I get a bad vibration, and the left rear outside tire had worn bald. Uhaul came out and replaced both tires. About 88 miles from our destination, which was only about 450 miles since tires were replaced, the left inside tire blew. Got to our destination safely, call uhaul and they came and got the uhaul and took it to the shop and replaced all four rear tires. Now we are about 1000 miles from our final destination and the freaking check engine light comes on and now we are paying way more for gas than the previous 1000 miles. Then when we tried to get ahold of them to see if we could get reimbursed for the time that we lost and almost killing us for not getting this truck serviced before we left, They put me on hold or when we gave a call back number they would say 20-30 min wait and then not get call for 2-3 hours when we were either sleeping or trying to unpack. Then when I called back I was cut off after being on hold for 20-30 min. Yes I am not happy with UHaul next time I will go with Penske, or Buget.

Leo FThere was so much going on with my daughters move prior to and on 3/5/22 that I didn't realize I had to go online when I dropped off the rental truck. I returned the rental truck and keys at 11:00 on Sunday 3/6/22 and rushed back to my daughters apartment. It wasn't until I returned home that night and read my emails that I saw I had to go online and take a picture or something when I dropped the truck off. Well at that point I panicked because I was home and wanted to let someone know that I did in fact drop the truck off. I typed a message and tried to do a live chat twice on 3/8 and I waited for someone to assist. Both times I tried to reach someone via live chat I received messages that said I was offline so I couldn't connect with anyone (I took a screen shot of my live chat message). I thought that might be easier as no one was open on Sunday to actually speak to. Then I saw that I was charged an extra day that I didn't return the vehicle until Monday 3/7/22 at 8a.m. which is not accurate.

CRAIG TThe whole on your phone to get your key out is hard doesn't let you finish. Thank God the Uhaul store was open to help.. Had to call Uhaul for help. And the drop off is just as hard it's a pain in the ass. An nobody picks up the phone at nite. Need to change the way people pick n drop.
