I had the original reservation at another location and uhaul called me to arrange to go to this location. Needed tires, location didn't check lights and I had to send them a photo of hitch and license plate. Ratchet straps were in disrepair. Location did call me to make sure I would get my rental as it was a day before thanksgiving and location would be closed. Kudos for them arranging to meet me. Had to go to another location for tire replacement.
