ARDESHIR S1. I waited 25 minutes for help from the associate, but he didn’t assist me until he had helped every customer in the grocery store. 2. The check engine light was on the entire time, which left me worrying since the car has a lot of mileage and I need to take long trips.
Larry WThe staff is helpful and efficient. The pick up process is less than 10 min. Thank you for his kind reminder on refueling to the same level and the drop off time. We have no additional charges. The truck itself is in good condition, clean interior and everything works perfectly. Highly recommend this location to people who do not want to deal with the apps pickup/return, since the staff here will take care of everything:)

KA MIt was really great and always a lot of trucks available at this location. The manager was generous enough to teach the general mechanics of the truck to get it started and all.
Malvika OThere was too much pets hair inside the cabin. It was smelling too bad as well. It should be nice and clean inside the cabin before giving to the customer.
Shailesh BI arrived right on time for the drop-off time and did not put the limited required gas for the truck. An employee at the drop-off location asked the next customer if it was ok, and they said it was ok.

Isoceles AThe responsible for receiving the car did not check, told it was all good and that i could leave. First I receive the invoice all good, but later i received another invoice because they added a cleaning fee. I transported a mattress, that was no cleanning to do. I know it is my fault for not demanding the person to do all the check-out list, but they were very unprofessional (to say at least) on adding charges.

Jonald CWhat DID irk me with the rental was the extra fuel charge. It was just under a half tank when I got it, and it was just under a half tank when I dropped it off yet I still got charged for 11 litres.
David HThey really had a broken uhaul and when I tried to bring fuel to the normal level, the indicator wasn't working at all. Moreover, the person in charge at the store was taking forever to do inspection of the car and made me wait for over 45 minutes before completing the inspection. The overall experience was horrible. WOuld want to get a 30$ refund for all the things that went poorly in this experience. Want to speak to customer support ASAP
Nippun AUnreasonable bill. Charged me 23 liter gas (1/8 tank) for a 7-mile milage. 7 miles did not even need 1 liter. We request a refund of the gas charge.

Dmytro SWhen refueling for the return, the gas gauge was not working properly, so I returned the car with unnecessary overfueling. Even though the car is new, this issue seems to be inconveniencing customers.
