Hello, I wanted to provide feedback about my rental (Reservation #29508383). My pickup was scheduled for 4:15 PM, but the truck wasn't available until around 5:00 PM because it had not yet been returned by the previous customer. I understand delays happen, but waiting about 45 minutes threw off my moving schedule and caused a lot of inconvenience. To make matters worse, when I received the truck on May 30, it was dirty. There was bird droppings around the driver's window area, and we had to clean it before we could even use the vehicle. I also believe I was overcharged. I drove fewer miles than my estimated mileage, so I was expecting a refund or adjustment for the unused miles, but I have not received one. This was my first time using U-Haul, and honestly it was not a good experience. Between the delayed pickup, the condition of the truck, and the mileage charge issue, I am very disappointed. I would appreciate someone reviewing my rental and contacting me regarding a refund for the mileage difference and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience. Thank you.
