They never told me that a ramp was not included in the 10' u-haul. After I got to my destination I found out I could not use a ramp to load my large appliances. John Hartman, Regional, would not reimburse me anything because of this. They knew I was loading large appliances because I also rented an appliance dolly. The driver's door also would not shut all the way. Very dissatisfied with the place I rented the U-haul from and the regional.
