LAUREN MI have used U-Haul many times and have never had as many issues as I had this time. Not even when an employee connected the trailer incorrectly and when we pulled out it disconnected and hit our car. This time I selected a pick up and drop off and they deleted my entries and changed them unbeknownst to me. They called and said we dropped off at the wrong location but said they would take care of it as good will because of the deletion and re-entering of my information. However, we went 18 miles and had the truck for around seven hours and they are trying to charge me for 107 EXTRA miles and 2 days. Then when I contacted the gentleman to point this out he was not very polite a said he would look at it again snd it’s been over 10 hours and I still haven’t heard back.

Gary MHave the correct phone number on your website. The phone number does not work to the Somerset U-haul place. I informed the owner the phone number didn't work, and he stated that he has asked numerous times to have U-Haul correct it? Good way for a small business owner to lose a potential customer. Just my .02

Tony sSome moving companies do this, but I don’t believe UHAUL does — it would be a good idea to include (or at least offer at non-UHAUL locations) rope/ratchet straps in the back of the trucks. In going through the process of reserving the truck and answering questions about additional equipment to rent, I don’t believe I was ever asked about fastening tools such as rope or ratchet straps.
