I want to file a formal complaint with you about this place. My move was delayed by 2 days do to this place. I paid a good deal of money for this move and if it was possible to get a refund and go with a different company at such short notice I would have. We picked up trailer with 2 flat tires and were handed a few quarter and told there was an air machine across the street, nobody helped connect the trailer that thing is heavy as hell and i hurry my back and am still in pain from it and have not been able to start my new job here because of it. By the time we got it home and started loading the tires were flat again, called road side they were wonderful the lady needs a raise. First company that was going to come change them was bringing me used tires told me in the phone they would get me around town but not much tread on them so called roadside back she did a great job found someone else they did great but it kept me up most of the night not able to sleep so delay#1 then we were not able to finish loading waiting for totes ama the next day it stormed almost all day causing delay #2. I paid so much money and all it turned out to be was a nightmare totally making a stressful move a milking times worse. I'm really so disappointed about this whole thing ama there's got to be something you can do to make this right. I mean it was the craziest worst experience moving ever. I'm looking to buy a house up here in tennessee and after this experience I'm rethinking it just to never have to go through anything like this nightmare again.

Tera SOutside of truck was dirty, I had to clean all the windows. Truck ran very well. My drop off in Okeechobee, Fla. was much better than Steinhatchee, Fla. The attendant in Okeechobee was very friendly and quick.-
John DWe filled up the truck. We didn't receive the truck full of gas. Today I then received a charge for $25.48 for gas!
Karen GI had to do everything myself I tried to get a bigger trailer and it was not in their system, and it took so long to figure out that I took a smaller one, but still paid for the bigger one, and then when I tried to leave, it was attached to another trailer so I was pulling away with two. Anyways, I ended still ended up getting charged for a trailer that I didn’t receive.
Ginger SEmployee is not a very sociable person. He is always very short with comunication and abrupt,like he is not happy with his job. He never comes out to help hookup the trailer. If it wasn't such a convenient location,I would never use this location again.
Thomas SThe gentleman running the location / store was extremely helpful. Although He had to do The rental agreement on his cell phone it would be much easier for him and faster if he had a laptop. Other than that my experience was very good. Thank you.
Lacey DThe pickup location was great the guy worked with us which helped with the stress uhaul caused us…reserved in Steinhatchee then Uhaul said we had to pick up in Perry (hr away)then we changed back to Steinhatcheee…day before uhaul said we had to pick up in Jax…went to Steinhatchee location and uhaul was there so called uhaul and they changed location to Steinhatchee very stressful ordeal with uhaul when already dealing with a stressful move…btw had to sweep it out before we could even load it!!!

Tamara RMake sure the original rental location has the van that is promised so you do not make your customer drive an hour and a half for a rental.
Emily SUHaul was very dirty I had to scrub down before I used it needed some sweeping out inside. Customer service average. Was a convenient location
cheyrl eEven though I entered all the required information from home, the representative had to reenter it. The redundancies seem a bit ridiculous and waste valuable time. The UHaul website indicates that there would be very little to no paperwork at the pickup location.
Jeff LVery slow check on. Gave us a traitor that did not lock to ball. Had to remove it after my husband put it on the ball because agent went back inside. Agent did put second trailer on the ball and hook up. Seemed unsure of what he was doing. Slow equipment clean enough but bad first trailer

Michael PI had never rented before so I went in to see what I needed to do.he said just to park it anywhere and he would do the rest. He did not look at the truck, check the mileage or check for damage. I had to call a week later to get him to put in that I returned the truck
SHANNON SThe employee/owner complained that I was bringing back a trailer that he had an overabundance of It was a convenience store also so he had to tend to those customers first.. He did not help me take it off the hitch.
