I initially rented a truck from the larger office on Lorene St in Victorville. I was contacted by the office and told they did not have the size truck I had ordered online, but they arranged to get the size truck I needed at a location closer to me, which was much more convenient for me. AND! They gave me a discount on the mileage that I would incur! The staff at Soto’s Auto glass which is where I picked up the truck, were so kind and helpful. Above and beyond helpful! And I got in and out of there so much quicker than I would have on a busy Sat. morning at their bigger office. So grateful for the wonderful customer service received, and all the extra effort U-HAUL made to make my moving day better. I have always used U-HAUL trucks when moving, and their outstanding customer service and equipment is why. I’ll never rent anywhere else. Thank you so much U-haul!!!!!
