She got me in and out quickly and did a thorough job explaining to me my options and how to properly check the vehicle back in upon completion. I have rarely ever had such an experience go so smoothly or be so enjoyable. The Mill Creek location at 4012 148th St SE is outstanding and your home office should give whatever recognition for excellent customer service you have to that branch.

Yi ZPersonnel at this location was helpful but my issue is with Uhaul. I've rented from Uhaul for years but recently Uhauls website I select a truck that's says it it available and guaranteed at a location...then like clockwork, hours later I get a text saying it's not available. It's happened to me 4-5 times in a row. So frustrating. Website is far from accurate.

Milton LThey charged for the fuel even though the vechile was returned with the required fuel. Customer have pictures of the fuel gauge and gas station receipt. This location is not being helpful at all.
Devesh jIt was easy to check out and return the U-Haul dolly. Only being 7-10 minutes from my house was an added bonus. I appreciated the extended hours (i.e. they close at 6 pm versus 5) which worked out great for me. Check out was seamless. Would use and recommend in the future.

Vinod SGreat location. For this location to be ideal, I wish it had a bit better parking for bigger equipment as for less experienced drivers it can be very difficult to park or drive out if someone parked the equipment poorly or too tight.

Sara DThe truck had a check engine light, only solution was to pay for roadside assistance in case it broke down, when I returned it they were taking a hour break from 2 to 2:45 so had to wait, the worker incorrectly thought I had not put gas in because she didn’t start the engine to check the gas and looked at the wrong garage, the 24/7 pickup app didn’t work so wasted an hour on the phone with uhaul to try to get it fixed without success, by then the store opened, after return I received a text from uhaul every 15 minutes for two hours telling me I needed to return the truck, so had to call again to confirm it was really checked in.

Laura LI have used UHaul many times and never had to deal with such bad customer service. They were very rude and did not live up to the standards of UHaul in my opinion. I will tell everyone I hear of looking for a UHaul to avoid Sound Storage of Mill Creek.
Olivia ZWe requested, and paid for, moving blankets and a piano dolly. Both were not in the vehicle when we pick it up. Although it seams small, these two components are pretty major tools we were counting on having when moving and transporting big objects. Very disappointed.
Shane SWe really could have used a bigger truck but they are limited to the 10 foot trucks. Customer service was great when I called to move my pickup time and also at the time of the transaction. The reservation process was difficult, working with a separate department to confirm and try to move locations to accommodate a bigger truck and also 24 hour drop off was way more complicated than I feel it should have been.

Patrick AI didn’t like renting from a neighborhood location. There were so many extra steps, some very unnecessary steps. The clerk had to call someone to verify my identify when they already had taken a picture of my ID, that felt ridiculous.
Megan dUhaul truck was a little over 3/4, they marked as a full tank as I rented out. Returned the tank with 7/8 of the gas tank and they marked as a 5/8 ( stealing 1/4 tank of gas, with what they charged an extra 68 dll? even that I returned with more gas of what I actually rented..This place is a Scam.

Kathy GThe staff onsite was blindsided by the fact that I had checked in through the app and was asking for a key. The "skip the line" idea was lost on them and they acted a bit put out when I asked for the key.

Cathi EThe female attendant greeted me with a smile and was very courteous and professional. However, my experience was completely opposite on the return leg. I arrived at the prescribed 10:30 am hour for the truck turn-in and no one was there, even though the sign on the door indicated the attendant would be right back.The time noted on the sign had already expired and no one was in sight. I dropped the key in the drop box and left. At 5:25 pm I received an email stating that I returned the truck after 5 pm and was charged an additional day of insurance and the daily rate. I tried calling the office, but no one was available to answer my query. The next morning I visited the store and met the first attendant who attempted to resolve the matter, but wanted me to do the negotiation by calling a separate individual. I stated that the issue was on UHaul because I followed all rules by returning the truck on-time, with more gas than required. She agreed to call the office and stated that someone will review my case and reimburse me for the overcharge. To date, I've received an email stating that my credit card will be reimbursed, but it has not taken effect as yet. I'm very disappointed at the dishonesty of the attendant who lied about my returning the truck after 5 pm. I believe that employee should be fired or at least disciplined for their unprofessionalism. Due to the stress I endured, I would not use this business or recommend it to any family member or friend in the future.
Tyrone GThe gentleman at the U-Haul location was great and very helpful. The app for U-Haul is a P.O.S. I tried for way too long to make that work and it never did.
Matthew NI did not request safe move insurance, I told the guy named Mark and he told me he will take it out!! Why always charge more by mistake and never less??? I want my money back!!!!

Daigoro ITruck floor board had a lot of dried mud all over. Cab had not been vacuumed out in a while. Driver side window door handle broken off. Front door to office was locked even though hours said open 30 minutes earlier. Friendly staff member.
Mark Rgreat experience but electronic check in was difficult for me, I am older and have some issues with updated tech so likely just me but I do not prefer the electronic check in process. truck was clean, ready and customer service was top notch.
