Drop off location was not open at the time even though it was open per google

MATTHEW RThe co owener at this facility is to most rude and unprofessional individial I've ever met and definitely does not dislay the values that one would expect respresenting UHaul or it's brand. There was obviously some misunderstanding of the mobile check out procedures. I basically followed the instructions that were given to me to check out a tow dolly. I took a photo of the front and back side of my drivers license, signed the documents and provided my credit card information for billing. I thought I was good to go and took the dolly. This guy called me the next day and straight out the door, accusing me of being a thief and that he should call the police becuase I came onto his lot and stole his equipment after hours. I told him that I was understanding that I thought I did everything correct and this is why I took the dolly. Anyways ... he hurled some profanites at me and hung up the phone on me. I called him back but, he didn't answer. Luckily he didn't becuase, I was pissed and was going to let him have it. I called back again and, spoke with another individual that worked there on Sundays. He calmed the storm. He explained the procedures to me and at the end of the conversation, it was obviously a big misunderstanding. I planned on calling UHaul corporate office and reporting this individual but, I've been so busy that I basically didn't have the time. If there is someone from Corporate that wants to reach out to me so, I can file a formal complaint on the co-owner of this facility, feel free to do so. This individual definitely does not represent Uhaul in an expected professional manner.

Brooks BRental didn’t have working A/C in 85 degree weather . The nob was clearly broken .
JAQUAN HWorst experience ever. Mobile pickup took 2hrs at location because of the system. Then they had my card charged $200 a day and I had to clear that up. I then had to change from a one way because of family emergency. I called to change that and I wasn't given complete information on the in town rate. If I knew all the info with the in town rate I would have left it with the one way and rent a car to come back. So I basically got screwed out of $400. I was told as long as I dropped it off at the same location as pick up I would be good with the original price which was $270. All in all I got charged $1,300 then got refunded $626 I asked where is the other $400 that's when I was told they charged me 99 cents per mile for intown rates. AFTER THE FACT. Then it took 40min after I brought it back to return.

CHRISTOPHER JTried to return the rental on Sunday (Easter) and place was closed so I didn’t leave it there. Returned Monday after work… 4-4:30 pm… placed closed again… Called uhaul to confirm ok to leave, not very helpful. Told me I should have been there before 3pm… never told to me and then Uhaul charged be $20 for an extra day rental… terrible

EDWARD MWe returned the van at 10:04. There was nobody there. The place was a wreck. There was bees where you dropped the key. We tried to drop the contract, but the bees swarmed me. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
BRIAN RRemove Master Movers from the Moving help selection. Horrible experience and damaged belongings. Paid for 3 hours and they were done in 2. When I asked about a refund for the extra hour unused, they said they can't because it was done with Uhaul.

Latille RThe attendant on duty when I returned the U-Haul on March 3 around 1:30 PM was extremely rude. When he told me to back the truck in, I explained that I wasn’t comfortable doing so. Rather than assisting me, he responded with condescension, acting as if it was simple and making me feel foolish. I backed the truck in as far as I could, but he remained rude and visibly frustrated. When I told him I couldn’t reverse any further, he abruptly yelled, “Give me the keys,” and stormed out of the shop. There was no official return process. He simply took the truck without any acknowledgment or confirmation. As I was leaving, I noticed him recklessly maneuvering the U-Haul while glaring at my wife and three children as we drove past. His behavior was so aggressive that my six-year-old son even asked why the man was angry at us. I was absolutely shocked by his unprofessionalism. I did nothing to warrant such treatment, and I will not be returning to this location for future rentals.

Vivian KMain issue with the drop off was I couldn’t get ahold of anyone by phone to make contact. Phone numbers were no longer in use. When I contacted UHaul , they gave two additional numbers that no one answered.
STEVEN KThe pin that held the gate closed on the back of the trailer was bent so badly that I have to use a hammer to get it to come out.It was very difficult. To remove The guy that worked at the place was not very friendly. I have a disability and he Made me feel like I was Lazy for not being able to lift the trailer off the hitch on my truck.

RHAYNA LOverall, I was happy with my Uhaul truck rental experience at this location. However, it appears that I was charged a small fee for gasoline. I told the Uhaul attendant who served me, (I believe his name was Weston), when I initially picked up the truck, that the documentation on the paperwork was not 100% accurate and that the gasoline level was below the 3/4 gas level marked on the paperwork. I told him this before I pulled out of the parking lot. He said "ok." Yet when I brought the truck back with "more" gas in it than when I had initially taken it from the lot, I was still charged for a gallon of gas. If the attendant hadn't believed what I told him when I picked up the truck, he should have come out and checked it for himself rather than charging me extra when I returned the truck. Next time I won't use the drop box for the key, (after hours), so I can make sure things are done correctly. Just the principle of the thing.
ROBERT WCustomer service was very poor-bordering on rude. They would not let my husband use their bathroom. They had to tools to assist us with changing out the hitch for the trailer. Had we not been in a rush we would have gone elsewhere.
JERI AReally nice people. The Dolly I had, the wheel broke while I was using it. Had nothing heavier than 75 lbs. When I tried to fill up tank, the gas pump kept saying it was full. So I brought it back and noticed I was charged for gas so a little confusing what went wrong. I ordered a mattress bag but they didn't have it which was kind of annoying because I don't want to call Uhauls number over $14.

Kenneth RThis location is perfectly acceptable, with a couple caveats: 1) as other people have mentioned, the entire lot is dirt, and has numerous potholes - not great for a really nice sedan, but just drive slowly/carefully, and you should be okay, 2) it's a VERY small building, so there might not be any accessories (like moving blankets/pads, boxes, etc) available if you need them. Other than that, it's fine. The person helping me was nice enough - got my paperwork, hooked up my trailer, and I was on my way. Notes: this location is NOT Sound Worx; it could be owned by the same guy, but the Sound Worx U-Haul location is on Miles Jamison Rd (it was a bit confusing). If you really need moving blankets/pads, either call the store to make sure they have them, or go to another, bigger store (like the one on Miles Jamison Rd) - but, even then, you might want to confirm they have them.
Mark BFix the entrance. The road into the parking area is washed out and uneven, not something you want to navigate while pulling a trailer.

LAURA PThe car dolly I leased was damaged and should be taken out of service. Either the tongue or the axle assembly is bent - as evidenced by one of the two safety chains that run diagonally from the left and right outboard edges of the axle assembly to the tongue hangs considerable lower to the ground. The damage to the dolly causes one or both tires to toe in or out. When the loaded dolly is towed a speeds approaching 55 miles the dolly vibrates as if there is a flat spot on a tire. This vibration is cause by the tire (or tires) "bunching up" (distorting) as the dolly is towed until the tire slides releasing the stored energy. I stopped twice to feel for flat spots on the tires before I noticed one of the dolly safety chains hung lower to the ground - the damage to the dolly is not readily apparent.

When we got there our lights weren't working with the trailer, he referred us to a local garage, it just ended up being a missing fuse, but we were thankful for his guidance. After that it was smooth sailing. I would recommend this U-Haul rental location to others.

LONNIE BI dropped off the trailer on a Saturday, and the location was closed on Saturday / Sunday, so nobody was around to assist. No problem. That's what the app is for. I left the rented pads in the back of the trailer though, because there was nobody to collect them and there didn't appear to be a drop box.
