Didn't have any of the equipment asked for and reserved. And frankly needed to make my move more smooth. No blankets no wheeled Dollie's or the actual smaller handtruck I needed. Like really? And zero offer of compensation just oh well it happens nothing we can do bs.
Timothy WThe building wasn't manned for about 4 to 5 minutes. There wasn't a message explaining why the clerk wasn't in the office.

Cathy KIt was pouring rain and there was a POOL in front of the door to the office... I had to step in it. A simple fix could be to place a 16" paver or two.
