DON'T TAKE RESERVATIONS FOR SPECIFIC RENTAL VEHICLES IF YOU KNOW YOU WILL NOT HAVE IT! This reservation had to be rework multiple times dur to the fact U Haul would not have the vehicle I'd reserved anywhere near the location promised. U Haul employees are great about fixing the company's problems, but the way the company is run is TERRIBLE. You can rent a Penske truck via your local Home Depot and get what you reserved at the location you reserved it at.

MICHAEL MI wasn’t able to drop off to a different location, because I was told I wasn’t able to by the store, which I’ve NEVER heard before ! Truly this was an issue, because it was completely out of my way, to drive all the way back, and have to waste my time, mileage, and gas for the truck! I will never rent from this place again.
