I wasn’t able to drop off to a different location, because I was told I wasn’t able to by the store, which I’ve NEVER heard before ! Truly this was an issue, because it was completely out of my way, to drive all the way back, and have to waste my time, mileage, and gas for the truck! I will never rent from this place again.
