Shawna is the greatest! She was extremely friendly, professional, quick and informative. She provided us with a nearly new 26' truck that was clean and drove (WA to Vegas) flawlessly! I recommend taking a few extra minutes to drive over to this locationâ€¦ it'll definitely be worth it. No long lines, No overworked irritated staff and AVAILABLE trucks!!!! Honestly, you can't do much to improve. The lady at the customer service is the best person I've ever dealt with, I personally think that she should courses on customer service. She was excellent and she's made my experience awesomeTAPEH R G.

I was charged cleaning fee , for damages I did not make. There was no walk thru during initial rental. When i return the truck when the after hours . I receive email for cleaning services . MY CARD WAS CHARGED 691.56 FOR A TRIP FRIM GRAHAM TO PORT ORCHARD. THE WRONG DESTINATION WAS ENTERED. EVERYTHING BOUNCED IN MY ACCOUNT. I BELIEVE THAT A MISTAKE OF THIS MAGNITUDE (MY REAL BILL WAS 148.00) SHOULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED SOONER THEN 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS. NO CALLS FROM HIGHER PERSONAL TO TALK TO ME OR ANYTHING. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MY EXPERIENCE THIS TIME. I FEEL I SHOULD GET SOMETHING BESIDES MONEY REPLACED FOR ALL THE HASSLE THIS HAS COST MY FAMILY.KIM G.

Picked up the vehicle from the U-Haul facility. Drove it 5 miles and could smell oil burning from the engine compartment. Check the engine compartment and could see a large amount of oil throughout the engine compartment. Checked the oil cap filler cap and it was missing. The filler cap was resting inside the engine compartment located inside the right front wheel well. Because of this the engine oil level was low and we had to wait two hours for road side assistance. This pushed our 200 mile move back while we handle this. I will definitely be going with a different rental/moving company next time. Also because we didn't make it to the drop off location before they closed I didn't get reimbursed for the oil I had to buy so we can get back on the road.Jayson C.

The location was nice and the service was great but the equipment was dangerous. I am not sure she really knew what to look for as i did not either and while on the trip the faulty material became very dangerous.Steven M.

Problems: 1. Reserved the trailer in Meridian. Didn't like having to drive 35 miles to pick it up. 2. This location didn't know about the reservation. 3. It took them 1 hr to do the paperwork. There were no other customers.Fred W.
