juan hProvide a confirmation call for pick up location a couple days ahead of pick up date. We had to drive 45 miles one way in the opposite direction to pick up truck, then back 45 miles to load.

JEFFREY FI reserved the uhaul at at one location and had to go get it from a different location which was out of the way. Email stated I would receive a phone the day before and I never did. Get to new location, the gentleman was very nice that was the only good thing about the location. I reserved an appliance dolly, 12 blankets, and a furniture dolly.. I got the appliance dolly and 12 blankets which only 6 blankets were in a bag. Ok not a big deal. But I was told he didn't have the furniture dolly.halfway through the checkout process. So I ended up having to hire movers to move a few things not very happy about that. The inside of the cab and the inside of the back of the truck were dirty.
stephanie pVery rude. Owner rented the uhaul to someone else before we even dropped it off! We received harassing calls from the owner and area manager Eric. Saying that we’d be liable for the next families uhaul fees! Threatened us by trying to get us to pay for their rental! Then said it was on the contract when it isn’t! These two men should be fired for being so ugly to customers. Harassment is not customer service.
Donovan CI dropped it off 2 days early and still haven't received an email or receipt confirming that I did so. I got an email stating that I haven't dropped of my rental, which is a lie I took a picture the moment the man had received the rental which was on june 13th at 2:45pm. I tried to dropped off on the 12th of June since the hours show its 5:30pm but each time I went around 2ish the store was closed I had to call him and wait for him to arrive.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DROP OFF LOCATION.

I talk to a u haul on phone n our Contract say to drop it on this location. We agreed n I drop it off here. With the app. Is early few questions n pictures n we all set.

Erica CLeft the trailer outside the business because the gate was closed . I left the trailer in a good spot and out of the way for everyone . Owner was upset I left the trailer there outside his business hours even though I did not select that drop off location or time but was told to leave it there by U-Haul .

Yolanda BTrailer I rented was reported stolen by uhaul, got pulled over by state patrol and nearly arrested. Was detained for nearly 3 hours on the side of a dark highway at 2am. First and last time I rent from uhaul. Worst experience ever.

Rigoverto GI had scheduled my pick-up for 3pm on a Thur. The man I was dealing with called if I could pick it up at 2pm instead because he had an emergency. I was at work and said yes I would make the arrangements. He called me about 7-8 times asking what time we would be there. I was still at work during those calls. When we get there to pick up the truck he told me that we had to return it the following day before 12pm. I said no problem. On Friday he called me ONCE to see if we were going to turn it in I said yes. My son got there at 12:10 and the gate was closed. I had to keep it until Mon and pay for that extra time. Iwished he had waited for me a few minutes longer or called me to see were the truck was at the way he was harassing me the day before.

MARIO PWhen we called to drop off the trailer there was no answer. Multiple attempts had to be made before communication occurred.

This was probably the best U-Haul experience I've had second only to the last time I rented from this location. One large U-Haul center in Dallas and another location in north Edinburg were infuriating.
