Yolanda B.Trailer I rented was reported stolen by uhaul, got pulled over by state patrol and nearly arrested. Was detained for nearly 3 hours on the side of a dark highway at 2am. First and last time I rent from uhaul. Worst experience ever.

Rigoverto G.I had scheduled my pick-up for 3pm on a Thur. The man I was dealing with called if I could pick it up at 2pm instead because he had an emergency. I was at work and said yes I would make the arrangements. He called me about 7-8 times asking what time we would be there. I was still at work during those calls. When we get there to pick up the truck he told me that we had to return it the following day before 12pm. I said no problem. On Friday he called me ONCE to see if we were going to turn it in I said yes. My son got there at 12:10 and the gate was closed. I had to keep it until Mon and pay for that extra time. Iwished he had waited for me a few minutes longer or called me to see were the truck was at the way he was harassing me the day before.

ALEJANDRO S.First off, South Texas Welding Supply did me the favor of picking me up from the previous location, the storage place on Jackson and University, where I was suppose to pick up the reserved truck that was not available. I appreciated them doing this. Once we arrived to their location, the place is mess and hot. The only air conditioning is in the manager's/owner's office. When I got the truck it was slightly dirty with dust and empty coke bottles. Since I'm rating South Texas Welding Supply I will not give it a one star. Also, horrible service with customer service when contacted over the phone.
Heriberto B.The lever was very unprofessional. His office was a less so it took him awhile to find the keys to the truck. The lot is tight and was very muddy. The morning I was going you return it he told me he opened at 7am, got there at 7:35 and he wasn't there, he got there around 7:45. Then he didn't did a walk through and yolks to just leave the truck. I texted and called him when my reservation time was over but he didn't respond, answer or call me back. I had to call Uhaul to make sure they knew I had turned it in before the time I was supposed to, after that he texted me that Abbott my receipt.
