I was renting a truck and a appliance dolly southern BAMA didn’t have one they called several nearby uhaul the Spring Hill uhaul had one southern BAMA made a reservation I drove to the Spring Hill uhaul they said they were out and was sorry the computer showed 5 they sent me to the government uhaul they were out they called several other uhaul’s I ended up going to budget to get a dolly they let me have one at
no cost just rent a truck from them next time

They told us one price and information and when went back it was something else I have rented from uhaul before with no problem but I would never rent from this site again and I don’t recommend them

The Uhaul employee does not arrive till 9am, so a very nice store owner helped me at 8am. He was very efficient and nice. But not a real uhaul location.
