First off I reserved at a location that doesn’t even carry big trucks but on the app it was listed they did. I was told over the phone would pick up at Jewella location but ended up driving almost 30 mins out of my way to Hilary Huckaby to pick up. 2nd the times uhaul are available needs updating. My first reservation was at 7 because app stayed closed at 8 pm found out all closed at 5 pm. 3rd at pick up location too many wasps flying around to do business outside in the garage and it was hot. Just a bad experience picking up the truck overall.

Al JWhile the truck overall was clean, it did have a bit of trash in it and something gross on the seat. The lady that does the uhaul was not even there, I had to talk to her over the phone and her father did the contract and got me the keys. I was looking for a more personable experience, and I am not a person who likes doing things electronically through a phone.
