The vehicle should be clean when a person returns it! Mine was a mess on the inside of the back of the truck! So I made sure it was clean for the next person I would not do someone that way! Uncaring people should not be able to rent a truck if they are going to leave it trashed! Something y’all should think about.

james lWhen someone pays $10 extra for a dolly, it'd be nice to actually get a dolly. We hurt ourselves a lot trying to move everything bare handed because the dolly wasn't there.

Roy OFirst off I was put out of my comfort zone when I made reservations way ahead of time and my Truck wasn't ready for me in the location that I was supposed to pick it up at, I was put into inconvenience mode by having to drive 45 mins to pick up my truck at a different location. I arrived at my location and a U-Rep while assisting me with my truck notice that my vehicle wasn't properly hooked up with chains but was only supported by cloth ties I was bewildered to hear that because that could have been an accident so trouble that I couldn't imagine my experience with the truck was horrible!!!! This was my 5th time using U haul 😢
Marscilla DWe had to switch the drop off location to a location closer to our destination. The young lady running the office at Southern Glass was awesome. She walked us thru the process and made sure everything went smoothy!

keely lWhere do I start? I went from a 15' truck to a 10' truck and no one called me to confirm like they said they would. Checking out my truck was a horrible experience. Checking the truck in was easier but you overcharged my card by a lot. I will take care of that for sure! So no I was not happy about any of this rental! It sucked!

Wanda MI've dropped off a truck before, several years ago, (September 2017 to be exact). The drop off then was easier, because it being a truck, there was a drop box for the key. This time I had to call U-Haul to tell them I was leaving the 5' X8' trailer. Yes I would use them on my move or move items. I definitely would tell people to use them.
