CHERYL YThe location is convenient for the area and the staff were super friendly. The U-Haul itself was a different situation. The person who used it before me apparently chain-smoked in it and it stunk like an ash tray for the entire 16 hour drive I had it.

Lewis RThe app is absolute trash. I like Uhaul. It’s convenient. I’m a fan. But the app is pure crap. The instructions on starting a rental are awful. Have to do a chat to figure it out. Then I didn’t have the two wheel cart I rented in the truck when I started. I had 35 freaking blankets I didn’t order, but no cart. I’ll use it again for sure. But damn you could be so much better. Oh….and have the truck start full of gas so I can bring it back full of gas. That’s easier on everyone.
Justin WFix the rear door on the truck that I rented: I had to drive with the load exposed as the roll-up door, once opened, would not lower.

Sandy LThe truck was not clean in the cab or the back. I didn't care other than I didn't want to be held responsible for it. Staff was friendly and efficient.
Nabil GOverall the truck was clean and looked clean, but inside the trailer was not. There was a board and a sock left behind and black dust/film that got on some of my things.

David CI tried to pick up this truck at Adam's Hardware in South Webster. The day before I needed it I was informed that one this size wasn't available there. Had to drive several miles farther to pick this vehicle up.

Jon SWould like to see some paper Uhaul floor mats just to keep the floor clean in the vehicle other than that it’s been great. Our location only has one pickup truck would like to see more availability for pickup trucks in our area. Only one truck within a 50 mile radius. Really like it that I have the option to rent a truck when I need one but most of the time the pickup truck is out or stays rented
PHILLIP SThe truck smelled horribly of smoke. If I hadn’t needed it so badly, I would’ve walked back inside and ask for a different one. If I did that I would have had to have taken a bigger one. The truck was a little dirty, but I didn’t mind that. Otherwise, it drove great, Was easy to return , and I would recommend to anyone.

JEFF Smy experience was very easy and excellent! in my opinion the trucks are easy to drive, easy to pick up, and easy to drop off. i even did the drop off system wrong, called customer service and they fixed everything for me so i wouldnt get charged another fee. also very affordable. i would use again!

Tonya SThe agent was very helpful when I couldn’t get the on line system to check in the vehicle. Luckily they were open when I got there. UHAUL get your logistics operation together. NO ONE WHO BOOKS 2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE SHOULD EVER HAVE THE FEAR THAT THEY WONT HAVE A VEHICLE AVAILABLE.
