This wasn’t a “location.” It was a sketchy dirt parking lot with U-Haul trucks parked haphazardly. When putting the location’s name into my gps, it took me to a different location at first (I believe the business has moved). Not only that, but the truck return function on the app didn’t work. I kept getting a bug that was preventing me from completing the process. Update your app and the drop off location information.
THOMAS BVery difficult to determine where to return vehicles. Attendant was very rude when we parked in the "road" however there is nothing that makes it look like the road or know where to return. Limited hours required us to make additional arrangements only to discover there was a drop box. It would be helpful to know that was an option in advance.

CHARLES LOur original pickup was in Ashland but the interior of the trailer was filthy due to the muddy conditions of the UHaul lot in Ashland. We were told go to the Southern Oregon Structures location to get a replacement trailer but while on the phone with UHaul to confirm we were given the wrong address because UHaul has not updated the address for Southern Oregon Structures. I wasted a lot of time dealing with UHaul's problems that became our problems causing us to be very late for our appointments throughout the day. I am not happy with this experience and will use alternative options in the future unless our payment is refunded in full.

CHARLES LTim was not a pleasure to deal with. I appreciate that he called to inquire about the trailer when I missed the first return date, but then he spoke over me and was difficult when I was trying to get the return address from him. He was rude and inconsiderate when problems getting keys to our new home prevented us from dropping off the trailer on time. He chastised me for not calling him, with little consideration for the other things happening in my life. He is not a good representative of Uhaul values and I would have chosen to return this trailer to another location if I could have.

Truck was clean and owner reviewed contact/paperwork and helped with the inspection of the truck. GARY CCar trailer had a bad condition tire, other 3were like new. The facility for pu didn’t have an a replacement tire, if we hadn’t need the trailer immediately, we wouldn’t have accepted it! Must say the gentleman in Medford was through & curious, did he’s job explaining all details & loaded vehicle properly, willing to replace bad tire, just didn’t have one.

JENNIFER GU haul computer system is very bad, After you reserve it changes the location of where you pick up the truck. The actual service at Southern Oregon Structures was good and I’d rent from them again.

sennet bThis is the third or fourth time I've rented a truck from this location in the last 6 months. It's officially the only place I go for all my truck needs, and there are options. Tim and Murphy always take care of me!
Nash NHorrible customer service, in fact it was lacking. The man did not want to show me anything inside the truck or anything. He said do it yourself online, and was rude about it and walked away. That was after he told me could not print me a receipt and said his printer was not working...sitting there I called SO Uhaul headquarters and asked what to do or if they could help me, but he blew up at me, very angry that I called them about it. With that his printer suddenly printed. Very strange behavior there. He acted unprofessional, and mean natured, I would not refer anyone to rent from this place again, as he was unaccommodating.
