Make cans and pickup trucks available! I would be back to rent one of those for sure. The worst part about U-Haul across the board is the lack of availability but then again that just might be an indicator of how hard the pandemic has hit the nation plus the fact that business is booming for U-Haul with everyone moving out of blue states to red states 😂STEPHEN R.

One rep at a location sure handicaps the flow. Rep had to go fuel a truck which left no one to receive me. I called the number on the contract and waited on hold for 8 mins. He arrived with the truck and then did a great job handling the drop-off. It's not his fault for having to wait, it's the process!dwayne M.

I was told my rental would be ready at 1:30 at a different location but was contacted 20 minutes before my time to be told my rental was not going to be there. So I was upset about being given wrong information but was directed to this southern storage and they got everything taken care of.Eric R.
The facility is new, well kept, and very inviting. Could use a Uhaul sign, though, as we couldn't see any trucks/trailers and there was no sign out front.Caryl B.

The reservation said we could drop of the trailer 24/7/365 but person on phone said after 10 am on Sunday and they were still closed (all day Sunday). At pick-up or on the phone, they did not explain the return trailer process via the email and web site.Kristen R.
