The people were great and explained everything so I understood what was going on.
Richard CI do not however care for the place you picked for drop off. I had a 26 foot truck, it was a tiny storage facility with no parking. The truck would not fit anywhere. We could not park it in front of building because it blocked both gates in and out of the storage units. The only place available was in front of the dumpster where a sign was placed that said parking reserved for uhaul trucks although it was in a fire lane we left as indicated by the sign. They will likely need to move it to access the trash bin. This was not an adequate fit for this truck. We tried parking it at one of the two neighboring business but they would not allow they said it would be towed. It made things very stressful.

CLIFFORD TU-Haul employee at the Thompson location was EXTREMELY helpful! He called the area office to find a truck that to meet my needs after I misunderstood my online booking. He went above and beyond! The Main St Fayetteville location was very professional and helpful as well. Excellent service all around.

Benjamin TMy concerns do not relate to the location in general. My concerns relate to the PU through the app. We were given one scenario when we called and were assured how easy it would be to pu through the app. Day of PU took over two hours to remedy and it was an absolute nightmare. Never again will I rent from UHaul because of the issues.

Aloma NJust a wanted to praise the staff for being so accommodating. I called last minute and they were able to have one ready in a little over an hour. The booking agent was super kind and helpful!

BENJAMIN SMake cans and pickup trucks available! I would be back to rent one of those for sure. The worst part about U-Haul across the board is the lack of availability but then again that just might be an indicator of how hard the pandemic has hit the nation plus the fact that business is booming for U-Haul with everyone moving out of blue states to red states 😂

DAVID ABetter instructions for rented equipment, I was not sure if it was safe to leave them in the truck Minimum of half a tank of gas for these trucks
GREGORY MOne rep at a location sure handicaps the flow. Rep had to go fuel a truck which left no one to receive me. I called the number on the contract and waited on hold for 8 mins. He arrived with the truck and then did a great job handling the drop-off. It’s not his fault for having to wait, it’s the process!
dwayne mI was told my rental would be ready at 1:30 at a different location but was contacted 20 minutes before my time to be told my rental was not going to be there. So I was upset about being given wrong information but was directed to this southern storage and they got everything taken care of.
Eric RThe facility is new, well kept, and very inviting. Could use a Uhaul sign, though, as we couldn't see any trucks/trailers and there was no sign out front.

Steven VThe reservation said we could drop of the trailer 24/7/365 but person on phone said after 10 am on Sunday and they were still closed (all day Sunday). At pick-up or on the phone, they did not explain the return trailer process via the email and web site.
