Every person I interacted with either on the phone or in person was very helpful. I have 2 more moves comin gup in the near future and plan to use the same location again.
Marcus GI used the app for 24/7 return, so I never saw any personnel at all. The “lock box” to return the key was standing open and could not be closed.
DONNA WThe hours on their website showed they were open. I called them and they are "closed today". I dropped a trailer on an incline and there were no wheel chocks to use to stop it from rolling.i did not want to return the trailer to an unattended site , but there you go.
JOHN SYour app does not work as advertised. The location was unattended, but the gentlemen showed up later to help. He was very helpful. Both pickup and drop off personnel stated that the app didn't work with any regularity and was more often a problem than it worked.

MONICA HPads were not folded in the back of the truck and were just thrown in. Did not realize I was short on pads until we unloaded and were five short. The truck had a leak in it, so a lot of my stuff got wet.
LAURA CI was charged for 3 gallons of gas. The gauge was between 1/4 and 1/2 when I started my rental and when I returned the vehicle it was just under 1/2 full. I drove it 42 miles and put in 7 gallons of gas. There is no way I should have been charged for 3 gallons of gas. I feel like I was ripped off.

JOSE RI rented on friday from Blackshear, drove the 5&1/2 hr. Trip to Hoschton Ga. To pick up the truck. With a reservation # . Upon arrival it was cancelled and I was sent to Bufford with another reservation #. When I arrived I was informed it was cancelled..I called the main # where I was told to drive to a location in Winder Ga.. that guy had no clue . I Called back and was told to go to Hoschton to pick up the truck on Pearl ave. Where I had another reservation#. A total of 3 reservation numbers..and 45 miles of my travel time. Along with 2 hr. Delay. Causing me fuel, milage, and 2 hrs of labor per guy a total of 8hrs labor @ 15.00 hr. 4 guys. I recieved the truck @ 4 pm. 4 miles from loading point. Could have saved so much time and money. Selling a home is very stressful especially when you cant lock down a house till you sell yours. And we only had 4 days to be out after close.I was really hopeing for a smoother more dependable experience with UHaul. Truck was a nice truck. But the people did the bare minimum with meeting deadlines, and never showed any concern that I just drove 5&1/2 half hrs of hard driving to Hoschton, Ga. be told , Cancelled drive to Bufford, cancelled drive to Winder wrong town, drive to Hoschton where I finally got the Truck. Nice people at the Hoschton Location. But the ones that cancelled was so uncompassionate. Not asking for anything but all and all it took my stress level it a direction it shouldn't have went to. I call it 40 minutes of demon possessed phone calls and U Haul Attendants that wasn't like the lady taking my credit card # who was a Angel. But aren't the card takers nice. when they hang up you are at the mercy of people that do the bare minimum...remember that. Bare minimum.

John BThe only reason I put No on “clean and well maintained” was because my hands were so dirty after driving it from the steering wheel. When I wiped down my phone the wipes were black from laying it down and in cup holder. There was sticky stuff in different places. I know it’s a U-Haul and many people use it and will not be spotless but a little wiping down after each rental might help. It was still a great experience overall.
Terri GHorrible experience! Got an auto transport to take my car to Florida. Was given one without the wire to hook up the lights and told to go buy one. Was overcharged and had to fight to get my money back and then 24 days later charged again $794! I am still fighting that because I returned this transport on June 1 in Florida, not June 25th in South Carolina! I will never use uhaul again and I will tell everyone I know of my horrible experience!
Linda LThe location is a bit difficult to find. I reserved a truck and several dollies online, and was not told until I arrived that the dollies were not available. I couldn't move without them, so I had to spend the next few hours (instead of moving my furniture) calling around to other rental places to try to find them. It caused quite a bit of hassle. The truck, otherwise, was fine; no issues there.

Sonia MQuit charging extra fuel when it is brought back with the amount it was received with, don’t charge a safe trip fee without asking prior to adding it. I made the reservation online the pickup location changed 3 times within 2 days. During the online booking I declined the $5 safe trip fee. At pickup I was told the truck had just over 1/2 tank so to keep from being charged for fuel bring it back around that level, I verified the fuel amount and mileage when getting in the truck. The contract was sent via email I did not notice the attendant had marked the fuel level at 3/4 so when I returned it at 5/8 full I was charged an additional $8 + $5.
Jamie CI was overcharged for the truck fee and the safe move fee. I have requested a refund twice now.
